Maybe appointment online they were right on time being able to help me. Very professional and polite. Unfortunately it was unable to be fixed at the moment so I did have to leave it to be repaired. They’re supposed to call me back tomorrow or the following day and let me know what that’s going to look like if there’s any cost associated with because the test that they ran, Plemon airy does not say whether it is a software issue, a hardware issue, hard drive or what the issue is. So hopefully that will all work out.

Went into Apple today for a technical issue/ possible virus. Marcus was absolutely awesome. He answered all my questions and was able to provide a solution. Checkin was easy and got in quickly even without an appointment.

The store was crowded on weekends but they always have enough staffing. The people who assisted me with my purchase were very helpful.

I brought my boyfriends AirPods in for repair yesterday. Apparently they were out of warranty but apple still replaced them under their quality warranty. The service and repair took about 20 minutes total. The Genius Bar tech was top notch and very helpful. I would definitely come back to this store again if I ever needed help with any other Apple products.

I went for help with an issue and they solved it in a few minutes.

Aaron did a fantastic job. There within 5 minutes of the appointment time and said he could fix my non charging phone in a minute and a half and he delivered in less. It just ended up being pocket lint and needed to be removed but it was quick and easy and didn’t cost a thing. I’ll be back for sure

I drove 45 minutes out to get my phone battery replaced, and it was free even though it was out of the warranty date because they recognized it was Apple's fault. Their system messed up and spit me out of their queue, causing me to wait an extra 30 minutes even though I had a reservation, but the manager later apologized and offered to give me a free phone case or other accessory. They definitely did what they could to compensate for their system's malfunction, and I appreciate that they were so considerate of my time.

Came to the store because my iPhone 12 had a faulty pixel on the screen. Jeff (I think that’s his name) at the Genius Bar was super friendly and helpful! He took care of me and had the screen swapped with no charge because it’s not caused by human error. Thanks Jeff! Very satisfying experience at this store!

We had an EASY, FAST, and GREAT experience with Will, at the Apple Store (Flatirons). He was efficient and very knowledgeable about the product , answered the questions we had and made the process seamless after 3 failed attempts at different locations. Hopefully he gets recognition for his great job, awesome attitude and friendliness. Thanks Will we love the new 12 pro.

Had a genius appointment to have my iPhone X repaired and have nothing but great things to say. The gentleman Charles that assisted me was great and very personable. Had my screen replaced by the Apple geniuses and I’m very pleased with the results! Keep up the good work!

I had issues with my iPhone 7 since a month. If I insert the charging wire, it doesn’t hold firmly and after some time it just falls out. Couldn’t figure out the issue. I went to this store in Broomfield. I spoke to the store associate Mr. Russel. What an awesome associate he was.. he just took a needle and completely cleaned the charging port and I was surprised to see a huge mass of dust coming out of it which may have obstructed the charging. He resolved my issue within no time. Awesome!! Thank you so much Russell.

Dustin made my experience fantastic! Very knowledgeable about their products and friendly. It only took him 10 minutes to help me trade in my old computer and purchase the new one.
