Fringe - A Well-Tapped Eatery

First time @ Fringe-very impressed with the quality of food especially during happy hour eats. Brittany took excellent care of us and recommended a few things- we had the 3 different types of bruchetta-goat cheese beet and caramelized onions was my favorite 😍 had to try the roasted brussel sprouts with hot honey was awesome. Added a charcuterie board to round it off and it was delicious. We had to save room for dessert-the pepper ice cream was fantastic (and free) since it was Moms birthday and the chocolate pannacota was so good i couldnt finish it all. We did take home alot since it was only us 2 🥰❤ Plus we had the cutiest neighbors sitting opposite the window, she is sweet Evelyn ❤ We highly recommend this place to anyone and we can't wait to try the pizza next...its cooked in the wood fired oven.

The plan was to go somewhere else but ended up at Fringe and let me tell ya, the Funghi pizza and Brussels were absolutely phenomenal. Would highly recommend, absolutely would get it again, the chefs killed it, our server was so sweet and warm, it was overall a great experience. Thank you Fringe:)

Not from Colorado, and finding a good place to eat can be a challenge. This place was so good, from the fried olives to the veggie pizza and lamb pepperoni, dellllicious definitely recommend!

Really terrific! Came here for a work holiday private party. Staff was caring and eager to help! Service this good is rare these days. Owner/manager? Really worked hard to keep the food coming and fresh! Everything everyone has was really really delicious, well above average Italian! Consider this place for your private party, I was blown away!! 🩷🩷🩷

Such a cute little Eatery. They even have outdoor space that is fully heated in the winter! We got the margherita pizza and added shredded cheese and the Fungui pizza. This is oven fired pizza so the crust has that perfect crunch and the bottom is the same.

If you are in Boulder and you are craving for an excellent pizza, this is your place to go. Fringe has a great variety of pizzas (plus some weekend specials that change every weekend) and good vegetarian options. We had the Margherita and the Marinara. Light, puffy, fluffy crust, with a slice that holds its own. Something in between of Neapolitan and New York style. Great pizza undercarriage. They also have a lot of beer options.

We stuck to the pizza but there are other options - check the menu. The pizzas are all higher end. For example the fungi pizza uses truffle oil and mushrooms and the sweet heat having select meats and chilies.
As it says it in the name - they've got a bunch of rotating taps and some local standards with beers from around the region and elsewhere. You can get a full pour or try 4 oz pours if you want a sample. They were also some wine options but I didn't partake.

A new favorite for me and my family! We used to come for the tasty mushroom pizza and then rapidly discovered their other gems, like the beets and squash salad, fried olives, and meat balls. The freshness and quality really shows in the ingredients. The preparation and plating is spot-on. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Really excited for this spot!

On to the real review…I went here as a surprise for my birthday. Odd13 superfan was tapped…not their fault it’s a good beer.

If you enjoy Cart-Driver, this would be similar in taste and style. Also recommend the pepper ice cream. Will be coming back here again.

Surprisingly great flavors! The Fried Olives were a tasty treat. The Mozzarella Al Forno was good, though could've used more mozzerella. The Prosciutto, Pecirono, & Arugula Pizza was fantastic and fun to cut slices with scissors! And, their Chocolate Panna Cotta was a nice finisher. The place had a clean, modern, relaxed atmosphere. Their drink choices were expensive, yet so-so. The wait staff did an excellent job!

Such a hidden gem!! I was very impressed with this place. The pizzas were delicious (we got Lamb Pepperoni and Eggplant), the tap wall was neat, the server was attentive, and the price was very reasonable (we happened to arrive right during happy hour). I'm so sad that I don't live in boulder, or else I would go there every day. On second thought, maybe it's good that I don't live nearby or else pizza every day would the end of me. Regardless, highly recommend this for all Boulder locals and visitors!

Definitely worth a visit, being a little hidden gem away from the main Pearl St. area. The vibe is nice and staff are very friendly, with a decent selection of beers. Food is fresh too, you can tell and their Neopolitan style pizzas are not heavy, but delicious!

I really loved the vibe and food here. LOTS of beer on tap and great pies! The server was so lovely and kind we chatted about books and I really wanted her to just pull up a chair. We loved the eggplant pizza and the mushroom pizza. Both were great but the eggplant pulled ahead!

I work on campus and worked with Harry to reserve his restaurant for a staff appreciation event. Let me tell you, the service we received was out of this WORLD good! Harry was very communicative leading up to the event, and was very accommodating of all our menu requests. We have several people on staff with dietary restrictions, and he made sure they were able to have fantastic and delicious meals and made it look like a breeze! One of the frequent criticisms we get after we have our events is not having enough food, but Harry and his team were working round the clock to keep food coming out hot and fresh throughout the evening. I’m usually running around during these events making sure things are going well, but Harry and his team had me sitting down and enjoying the time alongside everyone else. It was incredible!!

If the service isn’t enough to convince you these folk know what they’re doing, the food was also DIVINE. It’s been a few weeks since the event, and I’m still thinking about their mushroom and sausage pizza — I’m not even a sausage guy! I took a bite out of curiosity and I swear, my eyes rolled back like I was feasting on mana from the gods themselves. The Arancini was a staff favorite, and I myself loved the shishito peppers and their delicious lamb pepperoni pizza.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough, either for a nice dinner or a large scale event (we were approx 45 people). Thanks for an amazing experience Fringe team!! We will be talking about y’all for a good long time :)

My boyfriend and I didn’t feel like cooking last night so we decided to go out and try something new. Fringe came highly recommended by our friends and it did not disappoint. The crab cakes were cooked to perfection with a crispy crust and tender big chunks of crab meat. The lamb pepperoni pizza was unique and delicious. The staff was super attentive and we will definitely be back!

We started off with the shishito peppers and they were perfectly done. We went with the fungi pizza but added the lamb pepperoni and, wow! It was truly amazing. Those plus good beer and incredible service by Noah made everything this experience wonderful. We'll be back

Instead of mozzarella I asked for vegan cheese on a pizza with mushrooms and olives, and was amazed at how great it tasted. Highly recommend and will definitely order this again!

We had a great time coming here. We are so grateful for their support after the Marshall Fire. This was the first time my family went out after the event. Everyone was so kind and courteous. We are forever supporters. Thank you!

Our favorite pizzeria in the Denver / Boulder area! Thin tasty pizza crust and fresh ingredients! The eggplant pizza and the Brussels sprouts salad are amazing, and the black pepper ice cream is incredible! Nice wine and beer selection.
