In the past I have had bad customer service at best but today was not that at all! I got helped by Emily who was very quick and efficient and got me in and out of the store with what I needed in less than 10 minutes. She is Very good at her job from what I can tell. Thank you, I will most definitely be back because of her efficiency.

I just left the Best Buy in Boulder and wanted to send a shout out to your Geek Squad. I didn’t catch his name but he was amazing - helped multiple people quickly and solved a lock out on my iPad even Apple could not figure out so I ended up getting trade in value worth $240!!! Huge thank you! Such a huge surprise and win that I did not expect

Good store , bought a new canon printer. Girl employee was like Hercules carrying it up by hand....felt she should have used a cart. Had a return, as it was misrepresented, but took it back no problem. Be sure you put everything back in box as it came as I did. They check it, as that's OK by me. Watch for deals, so you have to keep checking back with them. Beware of GEEK SQUAD, they are disreputable in my opinion from my personal experience. This area of town has a lot of homeless folks, but most leave you alone, so no worries, but pay attention at all times.

Check the website for the deals before you come in. I found an amazing Roku TV. It definitely wasn’t on display out in the store because it was so cheap. The young man that helped us was great.

Looking for great deals on TV'S and we found them. Picked up a few miscellaneous items too.
Customer service was very good, and attentive, but not pushy.

We are happy to report that we are getting our dvd player hooked up next week so we can catch up on movies old and new! Yaay! Thanks to the geek squad for showing up at our house at the next juncture for practically no cost compared to going to the theater or buying movies

I didn't get 2 of the guys' names that helped me. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes with what I needed. It probably helped that I had pictures and descriptions of what I was looking for. Still, they were very helpful and friendly.

Needed to return defective/incompatible SSD. Initiated the return online. Went into store to finish return and it took all of a minute to do. Fast friendly service.

Best Buy has a good sales team and wonderful geek squad. I prefer to buy here because of their good and friendly support. We like to buy electric appliances and computer hardware through them. Their support is very valuable.

Went in to educate myself on the different charger adapter ports out there for Apple. Glad to hear USB-C will be the new normal. Now if they only made a port that can handle all their devices at once: phone, pad, watch and computer. The dude working the accessories was very helpful.

Small location but offers a lot of products that Best Buy has. I went in to get a cell phone and I got all of my questions answered and the person at the desk (Kevin) was patient and helpful.

Best Buy also offers a lot of benefits to their employees and I feel this store helps the community around here. If you're looking for something, consider getting it here instead of online.

Edit: I've come here over the years and received much better experience than other stores.

Yesterday I came in to check out a monitor. They had it on display, talked to me about it, and made the purchase easy.

Emily and Mazzy are the best! Thank you for making my son's day by helping us find his favorite TV show on DVD and the right player for it!

I had not been back to the store in a well after about a bad experience. Bit seems as if it turned around cause it was very pleasant this time

Very helpful staff and great sales. Customer service was off the charts. Bought washer/dryer and they hold to deliver when you want it. Great place for all electronics and entertainment gadgets.

We had several people ask if they could help us. It's been a long time since I felt this high level of customer service and attention in The US.

Lots of people around to help, and several polite "any questions?", but no pressure. LOVE that they take electronics for recycling, mostly at no cost. Great selection (almost overwhelming) of popular stuff - TVs, laptops, etc.; and a reasonable selection of other stuff. Guy at the door could have been a bit friendlier, but everyone else was great.

Derek was very kind and helpful in my search for a Bluetooth speaker.

Upon asking an associate for help finding a specific stand-mixer as a Christmas gift that I didn't see on the shelf, they graciously checked the system if there was one on site, there was not, however they promptly helped me get one ordered online and shipped directly to my house. I've been to other Best Buys where they just say that a specific product can be ordered online and was sent on my way with not being to show for it.

This was one of the least painful retail experiences I've ever had, wonderful service,10/10 would recommend.
