I have been waiting for a survey link in my email so I could let Sephora know how amazing Jacob is at this location but haven't received one. Jacob was SO helpful with choosing cologne for my 13 year old son. They gave recommendations, advised him on how to apply it, and set us up with a sampler pack. I plan to go back to see Jacob soon for help with my makeup! Thank you Jacob for making something unfamiliar to me feel easy!

It was a wonderful experience. So many scents. Like. A whole lot. So many sents I had to step outside and reset and then over scent my nose again.

When I came in I thought I was going in for 1 thing but Erik was willing to help me and teach me so much about skin care and recommended products for me. He was talking about how certain chemicals and ingredients that would work well with my skin. He gave me a deep explanation on skin care and I truly appreciated it! I never went into a Sephora with a worker who truly care for the customer and go above and beyond for just 1 customer. You can definitely tell that he cares and is passionate to help customers. The main thing that he did that made me feel valued was that he went out of his way to type me up my personal skin care routine with the products that I bought. I loved his attitude and I will definitely go back with Erik his recommendations were absolutely perfect for me!!

i have always loved going to this sephora! the employees are so nice and helpful! but today at this sephora my experience was wonderful and it was all thanks to one employee in particular and that was michelle! she was so nice, helpful, very easy going, and was a great listener. she listen to what i wanted and helped me find the perfect shade in a skin tint! i was so happy with my purchase and my experience today!

I recently went to this location in Sephora before a wedding. Originally I was just going to purchase some items but I was able to get an appointment with Ashley H. to do my make up. We did a 30 minute make up session as well as the perk face service this really helped getting ready for the wedding and made it so much easier, during the whole time, Ashley wanted to make sure I was very happy with the progress, and it really involved me with the process which I appreciate it so much. She was fun and very easy to talk to. My face was glowing and my make up looked amazing and I got a lot of compliments at the wedding next time I am in Broomfield I definitely will be coming back at least for the face perk service.

The rep that helped me, Melissa, was calm, cool, collected when I came in the store in a rush, and quickly described (as a newbie to cosmetics) some products and looks I was going for. Melissa really listened to me, and narrowed in on various products that were exactly what I needed, and I didn't even know what I needed! It was extremely refreshing to have that kind of knowledgeable service, and Melissa didn't break a sweat. I’m truly grateful for the help, Melissa made my experience an excellent one.

I was nervous at first entering this specific Sephora. I’ve never been. I was greeted right away by Eric and he was extremely kind. He offered his help but I declined at first because I knew what I was getting. But he told me if I were to get stuck I can come look for him and he could help. That’s exactly what I did. 2 of the items I needed weren’t in stock and he even went out of his way to look in the inventory and I didn’t even have to ask. I did ask him about the makeup by Mario stick and he offered to hold that product for me and I can stop by tomorrow. I asked him about the light medium and he said it would look just fine with my skin complexion and I tested it when I got home and I’m so glad I trusted his word, it blended out beautifully. He also assisted me with the huda beauty setting powder and offered to hold that product for me as well but he saw that I was thinking and jumped right into action and suggested if I wanted to see another setting powder that had the same finish. So, we headed over to huda and he swatched the product then right off the bat he said “oooo yup I know the perfect one” so we headed over to haus labs and he showed me the swatches side by side and instantly I trusted his word. Eric was extremely helpful the whole time I was there. I even looked for Eric after my purchase just to thank him the second time. I loved his energy. Definitely will change my regular Sephora to this one.

Tori is so amazing! She helped me find skin care products for a regular routine for my dry skin. My skin loves her and so do I!

I don’t normally go to the store like this but I’m so glad I did! Anderson helped me out a lot and understood that I’m looking for animals cruelty free products! I even learned that “Too Face” brand as it said it’s animals cruelty free but the founder are not. Appreciate that knowledge! Thank you Anderson!

Mellisa and Chloe are the best. They both help me pick the right products and with the makeup. Me being a beginner, they listened to me and helped me a lot and answered even the most silly questions. Very humble and patient during the entire time. Very grateful for the experience

I’m giving it 5 stars solely for Kristen, she was helpful and kind to me the whole time I was there. Out of all the times I’ve been to this Sephora no one has bat an eye at me or asked if i needed help but Kristen was the only one after about 5 years of going here that has actually helped me and seemed to like her job and seemed to have a pure heart.

They were so pleasant and super fun to be around Cynthia S the person who helped me was amazing, I loved her, she found all the right colors for me, and everything while I was there. And though it was expensive, the products that I got are amazing. I love my Kat Von d lipstick like it's gorgeous outlaw is definitely my color.

Ask for Nina! She did a great job selecting the right products for my face and personal preferences. I can't say enough about finding the right person in a store with so many products and possibilities. I returned products from the Boulder store that did not fit me and feel so much happier with the products I went with. Nina does know a lot about the different options and helped me tremendously with my picks. Thank you!

This is my go-to location! I brought my mom in to return a previous foundation. She was helped by Eric who helped her find her proper shade and who was helpful with information on all makeup and fragrances. Eric was absolutely FANTASTIC! He took the time to help her find her foundation and was patient and professional. Sending a HUGE thank you Eric and highly recommend this location.

Spencer, Kristen, and Judy acted as expert and fabulous shopping companions during my last shopping trip.

Shoppers, remember when you receive store surveys they do expire. If anyone can send more props to this team I would appreciate it.

I always viewed sephora as ridiculously overwhelming. This location is the best experience I've had. The girls are super sweet and gave me samples of foundation to try based off of what I told them my needs are. They didn't have a product I wanted but 3 different employees checked on it for me just to go the extra mile. I had to exchange two lip products within a week because neither of them worked out for me. The cashier was more than accommodating and it was done very quickly. I can actually say that my experience at this sephora changed my view of the company. Keep up the excellent service!

Excellent experience with all members especially Jill she was very friendly and helpful. She helped me color match. As a young girl shopping for advanced makeup she was very kind and helpful ☺

Kim was beyond helpful during my last visit. I was looking for a new cologne and didn’t really know what I wanted. She had some solid recommendations, I ended up going with the Tom Ford she had recommended.

I needed to return some items past the store maximum of 60 days and the manager, Chelsey, went way out of her way to help me. This is one of the best customer experiences I've ever had and I am very pleased with how I was treated. Couldn't be happier!

So nice and helpful! Normally shy about asking for help but they were super approachable. Also located next to Macy’s (not inside Dillards)
