I was searching for a new salon to fix my hair coloring and am so glad I found this place . Twice now I have used Amanda's services.. she took a lot of time to understand what I wanted and really improved upon both my coloring and cut. She has a in-depth knowledge about coloring that put me at ease. Bonus that she's fun to chat with during my services! I live in Boulder and feel that the prices at Mahne/Roots are much more reasonable than other salons I have been to..

I’ve been going to this salon for about two years now. Nikay is amazing at what she does, a true expert! I’ve only had two stylists I’ve seen throughout my life that never leave me disappointed, she is one of them. She nails my color requests every time. Not only is she great at her craft but she’s also a good owner. I saw another stylist there one other time when I was on a time crunch and unfortunately did not love the results. I asked to have Nikay look at/fix my hair. She did and was very nice and professional about it. The only “con” is that it can take several weeks to book with Nikay, and at the same time, it’s worth the wait. The salon overall is clean, in a convenient location, and has friendly staff.

I absolutely love coming to Mahne Roots Collective! I always go to Mary Kate Ashley to maintain my bright golden blonde needs, and she does a phenomenal job. I’m in love with my hair every time!<3 They are also an affordable place while being boujee and performing great services. 10/10 recommend!

Jadyn has been the most amazing stylist. She's taken me from green to pink to brunette to blonde and my hair has stayed healthy through it all. She always nails exactly what I'm looking for and on top of her skill and professionalism, she's the sweetest.

Amanda Glasco is amazing!! I was looking for a new stylist to change my summer blond to fall brown which is always a challenge. Amanda however is a wizard! I loved my new color and someone the blonde turned into a nice creamy highlight in my brown…. Also got a cut and blow out I was ready to take on the world after that!! Just went back for my roots, I know I’ve found my new stylist!!

Nicole is the only hair stylist I have been faithful to since I started getting my hair done many years ago! I adore her. She is amazing at what she does in all aspects!!

Nicole is outstanding and has built a business with the best hair stylists in the game. I just recently moved to LA and have not been able to find a hair stylist out there that has listened to my hair needs…I just recently visited Roots again and went to Jenifer and she literally transformed my hair to exactly how I envisioned!!! 1000/10 recommend going to Jenifer and literally anyone here, everyone is amazing and I recommend this hair salon to everyone I know!!!!

Mahne Roots Collective has created a new name and has kept the same amazing stylist who use the best products and techniques that will leave you overwhelmingly in love with your hair. On a Friday I called for a last minute appointment, I needed my hair done badly, they took me in with no problem! Amanda ended up being my hair stylist, what a lovely time getting my hair done it was like visiting an old friend, she made sure I was comfortable, she talked in very great depth about what I wanted to do with my hair how that could be achieved and overall made such a bright atmosphere. I went from a badly bleached hair with grown out roots to a silky smooth dirty blonde with baby highlights, Amanda absolutely took what I wanted and did just that, the hair cut is absolutely flawless as well! Turned me around to assure that I liked how everything looked which shows up much she cares!
A long review but truly if you’re looking for experienced women to color/cut your hair this is the place! I can’t wait to come back!
P.s the products used in the salon are top rated leaving your hair so healthy!

My stylist Sydney did a fantastic job with my bleach and tone! She was super clear with getting to the bottom of what look I wanted and prioritized the health of my hair. I got the perfect ashy super light blonde I wanted and it’s so soft and healthy. I will definitely be coming back.

This review is for Mary Kate specifically. Mary Kate is the most talented hair dresser that I've seen in years. She could easily be working at a top end salon with celebrities. (not to say that this salon isn't high end itself). Mary Kate has a shining personality and makes you feel warm, heard, and welcome. I had the opportunity to watch her with six other clients and then myself. All of them appeared to be over joyed with the result and the experience. I love how she's not afraid to offer recommendations and tell you what she thinks will be the most flattering. It's hard to find people these days willing to be bold enough to offer suggestions, and also balance what you ask for specifically. She's transparent with pricing and expectations. I really just enjoyed my experience with her so much that even though I wasn't planning on continuing to invest in my hair financially for quite some time, I will be going to see her every other month.

Maria Best was my stylist and she did an excellent job. She used really good products and gave me a haircut that I love. During the shampoo she educated me on what she was using and gave me a strong soothing scalp massage she was very professional with her cut and took her time to make sure it was looking good. The blow dry was great. I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep. I highly recommend Maria.

I was visiting from out of state and decided to get a hair cut. It had been years since I got one and I selected Maria Best for my stylist. She was amazing and my hair looked and felt amazing when she was done. She shared her recommend products to make my hair better than ever.

I had a great first experience here. The salon is really cute with beautiful big window's and a view. Amber was great and she did a really good job on my cut & color. It's a plus that it's right next door to my office.

Maria is the best stylist I’ve ever had both for short stylistic fade cuts and for long haircuts, too. When I moved to DC from Orlando, I only got my haircut when I visited Orlando. Now that she’s moved out to Colorado, I’ve had to schedule my vacations. No joke, this time I showed her a videogame picture of a haircut style I wanted but at a totally different length and she nailed it. Could not recommend her more for haircuts: male, female, or otherwise. Oh. She also did a great job on my brows.

I accidentally booked a medium length haircut when I wanted a short length haircut, Jenifer worked with me to reschedule (luckily for the same day) and she and Nicole were more than accommodating. This was my first time going to a salon, and they made me feel so comfortable and gave me the exact haircut I wanted. Highly recommend!

i love roots salon so much! i been going to this salon for about three years now and i love the atmosphere of this place. i love how welcoming and friendly it is there. i have gotten my hair dyed three times and have absolutely love it so much! highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new style or color!

I had a great hair experience with Aireanna. She gave my fine, thin hair a bayalage with fine highlights to add dimension and to help diminish my mistake of dying my hair red 14 months ago. I feel so much better.
