U-Haul Moving & Storage at State Line

This has been the ONLY U-haul I've use on Stateline since I've been living in Texarkana. Always a great helpful & friendly staff. I very much appreciate the expedient service & orderly fashion by which I'm always accompanied with. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for U-haul services in the Texarkana area.

Came in this morning to pick up my Ubox. Staff very professional and knowledgeable of my reservation and ubox. Outstanding experience.

They were great. They went over the equipment and how to use it thoroughly. It was easy to get what we needed and just as easy to return it.

I had a great experience, i can't remember the guys name but he helped me hooked up the plug in and hitch to my escalade and made sure all the lights worked on the auto transport. Before i bought the items to ensure i didn't waste money. He was very helpful. My rental went great I would highly recommend using this location.

Melissa, the general manager, saved my moving from Dallas to Chicago. I had a hitch poorly installed in Plano, TX and came to her without running or brake lights in the trailer. She figured out it was the electronic installment and re-did the whole thing. Despite having a full day of work, she was able to help us so we could continue our trip. I can’t thank her enough!

Best U-Haul location in the area. Fast service and they always have what you need. My only slight problem is their rates for truck rentals, but that’s a corporate issue.

Always friendly workers and equipment is always good.

Bigger trucks longer hauls gorgeous property maintenance is a A plus and Service takes pride in fleets agreements and insurance simply. One ways permitted and guests are often residents soon after landing!
