Edible Arrangements

Pre ordered an arrangement for Valentine’s Day for in store pickup. After work I stopped by and the place was very busy. The staff was very efficient in finding my order. I left with my arrangement and my partner was pleasantly pleased.

The staff ( store staff/manager/delivery driver) did a fantastic job in getting my delivery out. They literally chased the recipient of the gift from the hospital to their home. I had given up on it but they were so accommodating from the time this issue happened. I will definitely make sure the person receiving any arrangements going forward will be in one location!! 😁

Just absolute awesome service. They delivered a fruit arrangement to my office and it was delicious. The delivery person was Braden and she was so very nice. This just made everyone at my office have a great day. Thanks Edible Arrangements!!!

Awesome alternative to flowers on Valentine’s Day! (Or any other occasion)
The fruit is always fresh and taste so yummy- the chocolate is rich tasting and pairs great with the fruits! You get so much even in the smaller orders that it’s enough to share or have for several days!

I procrastinated in sending my Grandma a gift for her 90th birthday and when I saw Edible Arrangements could do same day delivery I was elated. Bryan, from the store, called to tell me that their driver had already left for the day, but when I told him it was my Grandmother’s actual birthday and that she was turning 90 he told me he would make sure it got to her. I can’t tell you how much this meant to me! What amazing customer service. Thank you Bryan! You’re a gem and Grandma is going to be THRILLED! 🥰

I live a couple of states away so I order gifts online to be sent to my sister in the Knoxville area. Website works well, and my most recent order arrived on time and arrangement turned out perfectly cute with the balloon. Thanks for the excellent service!

My husband gets me edible arrangements for various events (anniversaries, birthdays, etc.) because I am not a flower person since flowers always die and that makes me sad. Usually they are very good but there have been a few times when the fruit was not super tasty. I suppose it probably depends on the season since some of the fruit is seasonal.

My last one was yummy (from this Friday). My kids and I ate all the chocolate strawberries in a few days after we got them for our anniversary. (They would have eaten them faster if I let them eat more than 1 at a time.)

I picked up a beautiful arrangement of chocolate and fruit. Everything was perfect and the staff was very good at their job. I highly recommend this place.

Very friendly delivery. I did not realize they also had strawberries and pineapples that were dipped in chocolate! Excellent and very fresh!

Oh my goodness, I was blown away by the outstanding service I received from Bryan. I ordered a fruit bouquet for my dad’s 70th Birthday to be picked up. I don’t live in-state, so it really meant a lot to me that he not only put together an awesome display, but went above and beyond in making him feel extra special. I absolutely loved the cheesecake from here! It was so delicious that I almost didn’t want to share. The staff is just as sweet as the arrangements in there. Sharan was so sweet giving me suggestions on what to get for me and my family. By far the BEST store here in Knoxville.

Called in on a Saturday and needed an arrangement right away. Racheal was very polite and helpful over the phone. She offered several options. The brownies are my favorite!! She made sure to include some of those in my order and was able to get it out THAT DAY in a very short amount of time.

My 5 year old has been sick with the flu and his favorite thing is Edible Arrangements.. My Mom loves to send them and he was so excited to receive it today!! He lit up and has been eating for the first time in a couple of days. It warmed our hearts!! He asked me to text the man who delivered it and say thank you.. so I thought I’d leave a review to say “Thank you!” It meant a lot!

So delicious, beautiful, and ripe! Even the cantaloupe (which I often find watery) was super flavorful! Boyfriend making a silly face as model. 😆

Racheal makes the most exquisite arrangements...we have loved each and everyone of them. My mother is 90 and she loves them...she always smiles when Racheal makes and delivers her one. I highly recommend Edible Arrangements to anyone wanting to give someone a very delicious and special gift.

I placed an order for my Nana for Mother's Day and had no trouble with delivery - I ordered on the 4th for delivery day flexibility and it was delivered on Friday the 7th. The store called to confirm someone would be home, and my Nana absolutely loved it. She said everything was fresh and delicious - overall very easy, and with much better pricing than sending flowers!

The edible arrangements in Knoxville did a fantastic job! The fruit was fresh and delicious. I love the chocolate they use. I would highly recommend them.

I wasn't comfortable ordering fruit i have only seen pictures of but was very happy with it. I got chocolate strawberries for my mom but she only works ealy mornings so it was important they got it there before 12. They did and she loved them. You can pick a date and location to send them. I would definitely order from them again
