Love this neighborhood staple! the tacos, homemade tortillas, especially the lengua and Barbacoa tacos are consistently so good. We also love and would highly the chicharron con yuca!

North Durham's newest is also one of the best! I ordered empanada thinking that it would be the same size as the others I have had. When it came out, it's the size of a calzone...and so fresh, obviously hand made and delicious. There's so much menu to choose from; I can't wait to eat my way through it. The salsa has a genuine kick to it that you won't find in fast food. Be patient, it's worth it! Best parking is behind the building.

I had the chorizo empanadas with green chili sauce. So delicious and spicy. I will be going back. Call ahead at least 45 minutes if you are ordering take out.

A hidden gem in Durham NC with great tasting food from South America. If you are looking to try some good food from El Salvador or Honduras, this is the place to go! Great customer service and the prices are great! Not expensive at all. I highly recommend it. Tell them that Miguel with the red Tacoma sent you!

This place was delicious! They have a huge menu offering a variety of food both from Mexico and Honduras. It’s delicious! My favorite food I tried was the plantains with beans and their vegetarian burrito. They have the best Horchata I have ever had. Perfect amount of cinnamon. Not to mention, the young lady who helped me out was super sweet and helpful. It was only her and her mom working that day and despite it being busy I was able to get ALL of my food (I ordered a LOT) under 25 min. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for AUTHENTIC food and a quick bite. I Don’t understand any bad reviews for this place. Most of the ones I’ve read are just lousy Karens who shouldn’t go out to eat at places that aren’t 5 star cuisines if that’s what they expect. This is not a fancy restaurant. It’s clean and delicious and the staff is friendly. What more could you want?. Can’t wait to come back and eat here again!

This place has the nicest cashier. She's very helpful and explains what their menu offers if you're unfamiliar with the dishes. My mom and I have been here twice and both times we were very satisfied with the food. I can't wait to try everything. I'm sold on the tortillas, alone. In this area there is a lot of competition for faster food so I really hope they do well.

Solid tacos, fresh ingredients, and homemade tortillas. I got 4 tacos to go. Two El Pastor and two barbacoa, while I waited I looked at the whole menu, there is definitely more I'd like to try. I also was able to peer into the kitchen a little bit and did notice that it was exceptionally clean. The two ladies which I assume where the cooks judging by their hair nets are masters of their craft. The cashier was a good kid too. My only critiques are to turn down the music so no one has to yell to order and change the lighting on the menu so you can read all of it. The glare from the fluorescent bulbs made it hard to read parts of the menu. Tiny fixes but can make a big difference. Regardless, go get some good food from there, they know what they're doing!

This is my new spot! Loved there tacos! U can taste how fresh to taco bread is. Also had a shrimp plate I ordered from the Honduran menu and it was the bomb. Flavors just burst in your mouth!

Just ate here after a competition and it was amazing! They were so welcoming and the food was delicious, all of the ingredients were fresh and they even had great options for kids. We will definitely be back again.

I've ordered takeout from here a few times and omg I wish I knew about this place sooner. The food is absolutely delicious! Tastes really fresh and well made, and the seasoning is just YUM~! Definitely check this place out.

This was my first time getting take out from there and the food was amazing and the staff was welcoming and helpful! We had the steak Baleada which was amazing along with tacos (chicken, steak, pork) that were all fresh and flavorful. The papusa was good size and had plenty of filling and the chicken Gordita was stuffed full of meat and fresh veggies. It’s obvious they use their own fresh made bread that made everything AMAZING!!! I wasn’t sure what to order and the menu is posted on the wall and a lot to take in if you are used to eating at chain mexican restaurants. The lady at the register came out and provided suggestions and answered questions I had. We will definitely be back.

My family and I absolutely love this place. Food is made to order, so yes sometimes it is a longer wait but it is worth it. They have Hispanic food from lots of countries and like my teenager son says... it's the spot. I love love their baleadas.

They are always friendly when you step in, and very patient while you decipher what you want. Happy to entertain mixing up the meal, which is great for a Mexican restaurant where meals can get really modular. Always a good experience.

I'm from around Chicago and more recently moved to the area. I'm 100% mexican and have had many tacos from many places... hands down best place I've ever eaten at🤌🏽 meat is prime with a full mouth of flavor from the chips and salsa to the tacos and fajitas. You guys have my heart forever, long live los amigos😍
