I was having an awful day, and my phone data was giving out for that month, and I went into the store, and one of the store representatives, Jake, advised me that I needed to sign up for a better plan that would best benefit my intended usage of my phone. He was simply amazing! He was very patient and thorough in helping me switch over. I entered in my payment and my phone began working as I had wanted it too, and I was able to go into all of the different sites I needed too in order to handle all of my business needs! I left there feeling relieved that I could then go forward with my day without worrying about a whole lot of hassles that my previous phone service company would have put me through. It took just 10 mins!

On the day when the phone lines were down here Steven and Haley were very polite and they didn't close the store down. They were very curious and patient with everyone!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a phone from Shannon today. She was great to work with, we completed my transaction in about 15 minutes. I would also like to point out that as other customers walked in the store, she spoke to each person and explained she would help them soon. My husband and I went back in the store later today for Shannon to help us and she and the other wonderful representative were working with customers- we noticed every person is treated with respect. This store is tops.

The staff here are Great!!!! Awesome knowledge of what they are selling and what your needs are. They helped me get everything set up. And didn’t try to over sell me anything. They are so friendly even when they are busy. This is the go to place. This is what a business should be. Thank you. !!!!!

Customer service was great! Willing to take time and make sure the device was working properly before sending it home with me. An’Dru made sure to explain and clarify charges I would see and to make sure my device paired correctly before I left.

This store was extremely te entire time, but they all work together diligently to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner.
I felt honored that the store rep that helped me was extremely patient, professional, and ourteous. He took the time to answer every question that I had, even if it was more than once. He helped me to successfully get all of my info and apps transferred to the new phone, especially since it was the last photos of my mother.
I would definitely recommend business to this Verizon anytime. Keep up the good work!!

The employees at this store are so much more helpful and cheerful than any other one I've ever been in! They really try to help you get what you need and can afford! The most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a new phone and having it set up!

I've been to this store several times. Every time, they've treated me nice and friendly. They seem to be family oriented folks. I always get helped with the utmost respect. One time my phone locked completely for some reason, and I went there and they put in some kind of code and unlocked it for me without charging anything. They are very nice people and they represent Verizon very well.

Hunter is an EXCELLENT and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. She has a nice personality and takes time to explain. She did a wonderful job setting up my Wife's new phone, and coordinating her apps to be similar to those apps on my phone, making it easier for me to explain and help my wife with her new phone. This lady is a KEEPER.

We have been to the Roxboro Verizon store a few times and have always had great service. The employees there know their stuff! I needed to replace my iPhone today and Hunter was our customer service rep. She was great and made the whole experience very easy. We’ve been Verizon customers for many years in other locations, and I can honestly say our experiences in the Roxboro Verizon store have been the best.

I updated to a newer IPhone and took my old one to your store to have all of my information transferred from the old phone to the new one. It was an enormous amount of apps and pictures and emails! The young man who helped us was AWESOME!!!!! I truly appreciated his help!!!!!!!!!
