Excellent service, they are hands-down the best pharmacy in the area and pay great attention to details. Just one request: don't robocall me on a Saturday morning to wish me happy birthday.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to in my life! I'm really glad I found this pharmacy, read the reviews, and switched from a big-chain pharm to a local one.

Making the switch has improved my quality of life! I no longer have to constantly go through stimulant withdrawal every month, worry about if I have enough medication until my next refill, or bombard pharm techs with calls about the status on their stimulant shortage.

Since being a patient at this pharmacy, I've had absolutely ZERO anxiety about getting pharmaceutical care! I know that they always work super quickly preparing refills, and when they order medications, it comes in much quicker than at a big-chain pharmacy. They also communicate really well with me about the status of my medications.

All of the staff here are super polite and respectful, which alleviates the stress in me after doctors' appointments. The atmosphere in this place is always pleasant and comforting; I really do recommend visiting this place for your pharmaceutical needs!

Highly recommend this local pharmacy. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Every time I have called, they have always been able to fill my prescriptions in a very quick and timely manner.

This pharmacy is top notch. I love that they’re diligently on top of my refills. When I get the “ready for pickup” text, it’s such a relief to know that a) They’re on it! and b) I’ve been notified with enough buffer time in case I can’t make it that day.

Really nice folk working here. So helpful, they get to know you and your needs & advocate for you with your doctors. It's a small place, so you have to anticipate some of your needs in advance, but they will work individually for you. Dewey stayed late one time for over an hour to work with my doctor on getting needed medicine. Bottom line: They Care. And they remember you! Can't beat this locally owned and personalized service. Holly Springs is lucky to have this pharmacy in town, like no other!

I LOVE Holly Springs Pharmacy. They really are the epitome of the "neighborhood" pharmacy. My prescriptions are ready quickly and a pharmacist is always available and willing to address any concerns. They are extremely efficient and so nice! Their communication alone rated them 5-stars. They don't have a drive-thru but they're so fast you don't even miss it.

This is the best pharmacy in Holly Springs, hands down. People of the world, do yourself a favor and take 5 minutes to move your meds from CVS / Walgreens / etc you will not regret it.

The staff and owners are super friendly and no lines. The owner literally recognizes my voice when I call. This is the way we should get all the things, from small businesses like this that offer 1000x customer service and fair pricing and quality as well. From actual people that actually have the capacity to care, not overworked overstressed corporate pharmacists that have to processed 1000 scripts a day to make any money for the corporate bigwigs. Naw... ain't got no time for that.

Imagine the opposite of your experiences at the big chain pharmacies.... that it exactly what you will get here.

Dewey is our family pharmacist. He and his staff work very hard to make sure our prescriptions are filled promptly and accurately. Everyone at the store is friendly and accessible. They seem to genuinely care about their patients. I live out of town but feel it's worth the drive to visit Dewey and his dedicated team. The specialized care I receive at Holly Springs Pharmacy is unparalleled.

The staff is extremely kind. They transferred my meds from another pharmacy in less than a day. They arranged to do delivery of my meds and how to manage my refills efficiently.

An extremely caring and professional pharmacy. They stock all the necessities too, which is really convenient. I love supporting a small business instead of the big box pharmacies.

I switched to here when CVS closed. They are a compounding pharmacy (able to make drugs), but most of all they are a Community Pharmacy. They make sure they learn your name. They make requests for you from your doctor. They explain the concepts behind medications when you ask and take the time to treat you individually. They treat you like a neighbor. Most importantly, they go to bat for you. One time they stayed open an hour past closing time to make sure my Doctor's office corrected a problem with my much needed medication. They saved me a trip to the Urgent Care b/c of it. They really care about your health, and remember your wishes and needs. I've never had this kind of experience. The attention to customer satisfaction and service is something you won't find at other pharmacies. It feels like Suzan and Dewey have known me for years after only going a few times. Truly good people! Holly Springs is lucky to have such a place.

About 4 months ago my wife decided to change from a National Pharmacy Chain to this local Pharmacy. I'm not overstating it in saying that this pharmacy is Superior to ANY pharmacy I've ever done business with in any state I have lived in. Their excellence in customer service and the sincere concern for meeting their customers needs is amazing. Thank you for your excellent service you provide to the local community.

This is by far the BEST pharmacy I have ever worked with!! It is owned by 3 pharmacists and they are the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met!! You just don’t get the same service at a big box retail pharmacy as you do with a place like this. They offer Home delivery, and are always going above and beyond to make their customers feel cared for!

They are extremely efficient and easy to get a hold of, always answer my questions promptly, and couldn’t make me feel more at ease :) they remind me when rxs need to be filled and fill them automatically if I want them to! Then send reminder calls so i don’t have to keep track.... great if you have a busy schedule!

Convenient location, AMAZING staff and owners.... cannot say enough wonderful things about them!!

I had a situation where the big retail pharmacies could not, or would not help me out. I called Holly Springs Pharmacy and they took care of my needs without hesitation. Dewey took the time to listen and over-nighted my medication for me. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. This is now my go-to pharmacy. Have had enough of Walgreens and the like.

Everyone who works here is so helpful. I am a long term client at this pharmacy because I require non-generic and hard-to-find medications to be pre-ordered before I have a script available, and I need refills monthly (as opposed to 3-month refills or other more convenient options). Before I started with HSP I was using the big chain pharmacies (out of familiarity) for about 9+ years and I had the worst time with getting my medications. Maybe some of you can relate to my situation: I would submit a script for a medication but it needed to be special ordered, so I didn't get my medication for a week or more, or the pharmacy didn't actually have an option to even order that medication and I had to go somewhere else, and when I asked for it to be pre-ordered to avoid the wait next month some people said they could pre-order the medication and then others said they couldn't pre-order, or going to several different pharmacies in town of the same chain to find out who has my script in-stock, or some other pharmacy related complications preventing me from getting my (same) medications on a monthly basis. Having certain conditions is already stressful enough without the stress of navigating pharmacies for these constant issues and since I have switched to HSP I never have any problems. Additionally, the HSP team are easy to communicate with (they have multiple methods that make it more convenient and they respond quickly), they are proactive in making sure you have what you need when you need it so I never have to call, and in the past they have helped me navigate script and insurance problems I wouldn't have been able to do alone or with a chain pharmacy. Highly recommended.
