Dr. MacPherson is great! She's very thorough in the yearly exam and spends as much time as you need.
Not much of a wait and her staff is wonderful.

Great front office staff-greets you when you arrive and very friendly. I was seen at my appt time and received a thorough exam. Dr. B answered all my questions and gave me recommendations for products that would benefit my skin type. Great experience!

My wife and I work with Ginger Smith who listens closely, observes one’s skin in painstaking detail, and who is uniquely knowledgeable in her area of expertise; the support staff is also impressive.

I have had nothing but good experiences at Family Dermatology in Apex. The front desk staff are professional, efficient, and friendly. Also, and most importantly, the doctors also saved my life, identifying and treating melanoma before metastasis.

My experience here has always been great...everyone is always so kind and caring. The staff makes you feel comfortable and their focus is on you and what you are there for. They ask questions, they listen and then they explain. Great experience

Had a concern about a spot and was seen by a Physician Assistant. She was courteous and reassuring. She was patient in answering my questions.

First time meeting Dr. Cyr... She was very professional. Very thorough. I felt comfortable around her. I would highly recommend her to anybody that might need a dermatologist without hesitation.

I've been seeing Ginger for awhile now and feel super confident in the care she provides.

I had a good experience for my first visit with this practice. I received a full body scan/ mole check. There was a short wait time and all my questions got answered.
My only complaint was locating the Apex office. Google had me going in circles. It would be helpful if the office included in their site a landmark to help new patients such as behind APA studios or in buildings behind Dunkin Donuts, but same location etc. to make it easier.

Friendly staff and doctor. Very efficient process checkin to checkout. I saw doctor for annual whole body check and other condition. First time patient in area. Referral from PCP.

We (my husband and I) have been going here since they opened in Apex. We really like Ginger and she seems to have a genuine concern for her patients. The examination tables are more modern and easier to use. The atmosphere in the office is professional, but friendly. You really don't feel like a number, but more like an actual person they care about.

I got in quickly (no real waiting time) and Ginger was thorough and professional. The people at the front desk were friendly.

Family Dermatology of Apex has always been consistent on scheduling and providing accurate and promote support with each appointment. The staff is always very kind and helpful with scheduling. My Dr. is amazing and compassionate with each visit, always taking the time to lesson and provide suggestions to improve overall healthy skin.

They are competent, courteous, efficient. I always get in on time and out quickly. They keep the skin cancer away. Enough said.

I had a full skin scan done respectfully and very carefully. I also like that you don't have to wait forever to be seen. They try very hard to see you at your appointed time which I commend them . I highly recommend Family Dermatology in Apex, NC
