I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Carolina Family Vision today! After having a difficult experience at another optometrist I needed a second opinion. A friend recommended Carolina Family Vision. I got in the same day and was greeted by the front desk with awesome friendly help and did not have to wait at all. Dr. Naik and office manager Denise Jones went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable in my new contacts. I have found my new vision center home.

I had a great experience with Dr. Ruvina Ravasignhe, O.D. . She took the time to answer all my questions regarding my vision changes. Nicole at the front desk is just fabulous and was able to answer all my questions about insurance as well as assisting with setting up my daughter's appointment. I am so happy I switched to this providers.

Dr Sawyer is kind, helpful and thoughtful. He is thorough and takes time to educate you. Highly recommend if you suffer from dry eye or Sjogrens. The staff is always super sweet, too.

Dr. Nima Naik is absolutely the best. I highly recommend this business. I tried a few other places and none had the kind of customer service I have rec’d from Carolina Family Vision.

The doctors and staff at Carolina Family Vision are awesome! They listen to you and do their very best to make your experience with them pleasurable and beneficial. They go above and beyond for their patients! I am. Denise Jones, the office manager, deserves kudos for the way she bends over backwards for patients!

Dr. Will Sawyer was amazing! He took the time to explain everything and was so personable. Both my son and I had such a great visit. Also Paul has helped us with our glasses for the last 2 years. He is very knowledgeable and patient with me who could never make a decision. My family and I trust and love Carolina family Vision. We always have had great service.

First time visiting Carolina Family Vision and I had a great experience. Brandon was the wonderful technician who assisted me with eye tests prior to meeting the doctor. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. Dr. Will Sawyer was great, also. He listened to my various eye issues, for the first time in 15 yrs I actually feel heard and that there may be a solution that works better for me! Staci was fantastic, she didn’t pressure me into quickly picking a frame, but she did provide great feedback and suggestions on what would suit me best. Looking forward to my next visit for a dry eye consult.

Amazing experience every time I've gone! Wonderful staff! Clean building! Amazing high tech equipment that made the experience way quicker and easier! I was also able to meet one of the owners and she was such a wonderful person! I Can't wait to receive my glasses!!!

Had a GREAT experience here for my first time. I am new to North Carolina and I had misplaced my contacts during our move. I called and they were able to get me in quickly. Walking in the entire environment is amazing from the lovely ladies at the front desk to the doctor that I was seen by. I believe her name was Dr. Nina. She was so so helpful and made me feel really comfortable with asking her questions. She did great about finding me the right contact brand and making sure they fit well and were comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice, it’s family friendly and everyone was kind. Thank you so much!

From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the front desk staff, I felt like I was amongst family. The staff was quick, and quickly had me checked in.
This only continued as I was given my initial check-up by Brandon - a very nice gentleman who made you feel like he really saw you! He was kind, funny and very easy to talk to.
Brandon went to far as to make sure I spoke with Denise, the office manager, about my bad experience a few months ago. Denise was compassionate, a good listener, and an all-around amazing human being. She restored my faith in Carolina Family Vision.
Next, I was seen by Dr Sawyer, who was laid back, and intelligent and only continued the wonderful experience.
To close it off, I had my glasses adjusted by someone at the glasses bar. She was very easy to talk to as well, and worked meticulously to ensure the glasses were to my liking - Thank you, and I hope your foot feels better ;) (no more scooters for a bit!)

The office was so welcoming and the staff was very friendly. I’m usually very anxious going to the doctor, but Dr. Sawyer was kind and put me at ease. He listened to me and explained everything so that I could understand my vision and needs. Making an appointment was also super easy and they got me in quickly with lots of dates and times to chose from. I highly recommend Carolina Family Vision!!

From check in to check out, the staff at Carolina Family Vision was excellent. Everyone was very friendly! Cassidy made the eye exams so comfortable and quick. She informed me of everything she was doing. Dr Will Sawyer was very informative and listened well to my concerns and questions. And check out was simple and quick!

The staff was absolutely amazing so welcoming and so knowledgeable about everything, do not think I’ve ever laughed so much with a doctor and all my eye visits. Thank you so much for all your help. I get five stars to the entire staff. And a special thank you to Stacey for helping me pick out glasses. You guys rock. That is how a team should function!!!

Everybody was super, supernice. They treated you like a person, not a number. The staff is extremely nice and informative from start to finish. I have never had such a wonderful experience at the eye doctor as I did today. Actually can't wait until I see them again.

I moved to the area a year and a half ago and needed to find a new eye doctor. I took a chance and made an appointment at Carolina Family Vision and saw Dr. Will Sawyer last August. I couldn’t ask for a better eye doctor! I have had issues with my vision for about 10 years but no one was able to tell me what it was or why until I met Dr. Sawyer. I also have very dry eyes and thought it was just something I had to live with but I’ve learned that I have treatment options. Dr. Sawyer and the amazing staff at Carolina Family Vision are all so friendly and kind and I’m so glad I found them. I wish I knew the names of the girls at the front desk because they are awesome! One lovely girl in particular always greats me by name and it’s the little things like that that mean so much! Thank you!

Wonderful experience! Everyone was very friendly and inviting. The office is bright, modern and super clean! They have a great selection of glasses at different price points and I was able to get what best suited my needs. From check-in, to the appointment, picking out my frames and checkout, it was an easy and smooth process.

I have always had a good experience here. The ladies are soo sweet and very helpful. Today, I brought both of my young daughters with me. My 2 year old was getting very restless. Everyone was so patient, one of the girls even took her to go color so I could finish my exam. Dr. Natalie is warm, kind and is an amazing doctor to work with as well.

Kalana always greets me with a smile and she is so kind. Brandon always takes great care of me at my appointments. I struggle with dry eyes and Dr. Bryan has been awesome explaining the dry eye procedures to me. I am thrilled with the results of how much better my eyes feel. Denise the office manager runs the office with a great staff and is always will to work with you. I highly recommend this practice to everyone.

Carolina Family Vision is excellent. They take great care of me and my two daughters. They have a very welcoming environment and the nurses and doctors are good at explaining your results, especially for children.

Then, their glass consultants are easy to work with and up front with all costing information. Both of my girls enjoyed their frame fitting with Isaiah!

We strongly recommend Carolina Family Vision for your family.
