Seaforth Beach

Couldn't even imagine there's a nice little beach just within 30 minutes from home. I was lost into the golden sand, blue sky, tall pine trees, and the broad surface of water... It's getting cold and windy by the end of Nov, and I hope I could have taken my hat with me.
The quickest way to find there is go to shelter 9.

I like this place. On weekend,there are many people, children like swimming in the water.and you can find a picnic table and grill. I will come again if I have time, my family and I love it. You can play all day for 7 dollars which is a good deal.

Beach, playground, barbeque pits, volleyball, and restrooms. $7.00 per car in season.

Nice beach to relax at. Crowded but not too bad. Plenty of spots to put up your beach camp/setup.

Clean beach and play area with ample parking. This is a good place to have a picnic. There are many table and grill spots in the wooded area next to the park. Open until 8pm

Needed a quick getaway and the day was perfect for a short drive to just chill and unwind! Small fee to get in per car but so worth it. Clean beach, picnic area and grills also volleyball and a play area for my son. Bathrooms and changing areas clean and convenient! Can’t wait to go back!

Cost $7 a car load. They have a boat launch here, they have Sandy Beach area for swim, playground section for kids, volleyball, bathroom, shelters and picnic table with grills. Nice to go pick up some lunch then drive here have to a picnic lunch and then walk the trails, to walk off your lunch.

Wanted a quick beach day while in Greensboro, NC. This beach was about an hour away! It’s so pretty and clean! We found a cute little spot near the tree. Things you must know it’s $7 per car CASH and then parking was great. They have benches grills and play ground at the top of the beach. Not crowded at all…. Love it

Beautiful lake, beautiful beach

No alcohol, very family friendly, not very crowded for a warm Saturday in June!

Lovely, clean beach near picnic facilities and basic, casual campground area. Nice playground for kids, open spaces for play, ample parking. The bathrooms weren’t open when we were there, but we came off-season. Gorgeous views of the water. Peaceful place to reflect when no one is around. Possible to find bright, blue, open skies full of signs in the clouds.

Took a hike on the Seaforth pond trail- easy distance, the 6 year old had no problem walking the whole way.
Playground is nice w ith newer equipment.
Bathrooms are clean.

Nice place and good to swim with family. A lot of people, you might need your own tanks. They have grilled stations, you can grill stuff.

Great place to go with pups. They are not allowed on the main beach but there is a nice little beach off to the right. They need to stay on a leash even while swimming. After a swim go for the 1.4 mile loop walk.

Lots of beach space with grills and restrooms nearby. They have a really nice volleyball court as well. We came here on a Saturday and had no problem finding a place to park and swim. The fee per vehicle was $7 which is reasonable, especially when you pack the car like a can of sardines. There is no glass or cans allowed on the beach. As for the designated swim area, you can touch the bottom up until you get to the yellow buoys.

Great place to take your family. The beach can be busy during the weekend, but it's clean, fun, and free. Everyone seemed to be having a good time as well.

Compared to the other beaches at Jordan lake, this one is the cleanest and quietest. It has a small playground for kids, good wooded walking trail and of course a protected area for swimming.

Great area to take the kids. Plenty of room to beach the jetski or boat in the shallows on the southern side of the beach area. My kids love it, and so much better than anything we visited in MO.

Very nice swimming area roped off man-made sand beach. Large parking area with well-maintained restrooms. You do have to fish outside of the swimming area. As you can see from the photo are fishing day was not so successful.

Amazing place. Very peaceful environment and kids can enjoy if you reach the beach front view. There is a playground with swings and slide. And water is safe for kids to play.

You can drive on the top and 1 hour easy trail. It's great. You look down every four ways. Picnic area too.
