Captain Jim is simply the best in the OBX! We caught 244 lbs of Mahi Mahi (dolphin) and had an amazing time on the boat. It’s the first time I’ve been on a 54-foot cruiser with ice cold air conditioning! We’ll be back!

Capt Jim is the best! Our family has booked fishing charters with Marlin Mania many, many times over the past 29+ years! Normally booked to celebrate Father’s Day each year, Jim has taken great care of several generations ensuring that everyone has a great time… and if there’s fish out there, he’ll catch them! We’ve caught some monster mahi, tuna and wahoo, and on some days trigger and bailer dolphin. Thank you Jim and your great Mates over the years, we appreciate you and your expertise… we’ll see you again next year!

We were fortunate to go out twice this year. The first time ever in August and then September. We had the most incredible experience. Captain Bowman and his mate Mike were awesome and made sure we were enjoying ourselves! I wouldn't recommend anyone else to show you how it's done. Looking forward to Spring time so we can get to go again!

Trip of a life time! The captain and mate worked very hard and showed us some world class fishing. We caught some beautiful dolphin and a 116 inch 500 lbs. blue marlin! Thank you both for Putin me on the fish of a life time, I could not have asked for a better experience! Seeing a blue marlin bust up on a bait is an unforgettable sight! 5 stars and 8 thumbs up!

It's been a couple years since we went out with Jim but it was the best time we ever had fishing. Had lots of tuna and dolphin.... Even sold enough to pay for the trip with plenty for everyone to take home.
