Displays of merchandise were attractive. Sales staff was extremely helpful in assisting me in finding coordinating pieces. Service was exceptional. I left knowing that the pieces I purchased would work well with items I already owned. Talbots clothing is well made and the 30% sale was a bonus.

Great place to shop for good, classic clothes. They always seem to be having sales! I find it better than the original store and the shopping center is great for other purchases too.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my visits to all Talbots stores, but this particular Talbots Outlet store in Briar Creek Commons at 8441 Briar Creek Parkway in Raleigh, NC 27617 is one gem of a store. The selections of clothes for Plus size Women are ample and very nice, lovely selections of both plus size tops and bottoms as well as outer wear and accessories. The store has wonderful customer service. The ladies that work there are nice, polite, professional and very helpful, and their professional attitude and work ethic at that store is gold standard. Honest, I go there sometimes just for the nice hospitality that greets me and I always leave with bagfuls of beautiful Talbots selections. My gratitude to Jackie, Marilyn, Susan, Jill , Doreen (manager) and any lady that works at the store whom I might have left off. Thank you ladies, you are all wonderful and do your job so beautifully. I write this review with a heavy heart because I found out this gem of a place will no longer carry Plus sizes in store. What a mistake to remove the Plus sizes from the store. What a mistake of a move to do away with in store Plus size. Whoever made that decision to do away with Plus sizes has no clue or is male or is too young to realize who really does go and spend at this particular outlet store. Geez folks at Talbots Central, its not rocket science to see who really makes this store thrive especially during covid when all retail is struggling. Even some of the ladies who work there wear plus sizes. Why in the world would you opt to do away with something that works??? Why??? Please reconsider. This store is tailored for us Plus sized women, this is our hang out, this is our go to store for clothes that can be tried on and where we feel always welcomed and helped by the marvelous female staff that work there. Please do not get rid of the in store Plus sizes, keep doing what works.

Love the selection of petite clothing for casual wear and work. This is the outlet store so prices are reasonable for the quality and they usually have some sales.
