Andrea greeted us with a hello and a smile the moment we walked through the door. She is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. She is considerate and took the time to listen to our concerns, our wants and most importantly our needs. She used all of that information, along with her extensive knowledge of the products, to find mattresses and pillows that best suited our needs for comfort and affordability. She never rushed us and never pushed a sale on us. Andrea gave us a truly great mattress/pillow buying experience! We're very grateful for the top notch customer service she provided and wouldn't hesitate to send a friend or family member her way. Karina (Andrea's associate) was also very professional and welcoming! Easy 5 stars!

Andrea helped us find the perfect mattress, just like Goldilocks. She asked us several questions to get started, and then patiently took us to at least 7 different mattresses, all the while encouraging us to settle in and really assess how we felt. We never felt rushed or like we were trying to be sold something we didn’t need - we really felt like she wanted us to get the best, supportive sleep we can. We ended up buying the perfect mattress that night! Highly recommend Andrea and this location.

The customer service is exceptional at this location. We had to go to Mattress Firm in order to try out some beds, see how comfortable they were. I wasn’t planning on buying anything, just test out some beds. Once we came in, Andrea comes up to us and asks us if we need help with anything. I let her know that I just need to test out some beds because the specific bed I want is on sale online only. Her knowing that I wasn’t going to buy anything that day, she treated me like any other customer. Andrea went above and beyond showing us which beds contour better with our bodies, how to tell which bed fits best, and which pillows fit best. She was absolutely knowledgeable in her work and extremely helpful.

I’ve never had an experience as amazing and smooth as that. Never felt like she wanted to sell us anything. Andrea just wanted to help us and give us information. If I ever need anything involving a mattress or a pillow, etc. I’ll be going to this location in Holly Springs.

We were in the market for a new Mattress for my daughter and we popped into this location before going to dinner one night just to get a feel of which mattress we wanted. I had a friend locally I had intended to purchase from and with my car sales background I can be a tough sell, but when we met Andrea that changed quickly. From the very beginning Andrea displayed extreme product knowledge and professionalism. She really understood our wants and needs for finding the right bed. Then after that was decided she wowed us with her pricing! I would recommend ANYONE to go visit Andrea for any sleep related products!

Andrea is the best! She definitely makes you feel comfortable without the pressure most salespeople make you feel. She was very professional and knowledgeable and helped me and my wife pick the bed of our dreams! I will definitely be going back for my son’s wedding gift. Harry was very good at explaining the differences in the mattress. He was extremely friendly and let me take my time trying out all them. I felt no pressure in making a purchase. He’s an excellent sales man.

Karina was awesome. Politely and courteously she explained different options for a firm mattress and even sent us to multiple MF stores to check various inventories. We went to our Holly Springs Mattress Firm with a TempurPedic mattress in mind. We were by Andrea immediately with a big smile. She listened to our concerns and symptoms and we went to work. We found the perfect fit and it was a TempurPedic. Great experience with Andrea and our choice.Five Stars

Walked in, was greeted immediately to two professionals who answered all of my questions accurately and were willing to work with me on the right price and the right product for our home. Bought on the spot and the bed will be delivered in three days. Great service, no hassle and 100% satisfied. Andrea was outstanding!

Katie did a great job helping to guide us towards a mattress that we would like. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I expected a pushy sales person but thankfully instead our sales person, Andrea, was super knowledgeable and helpful. She pointed out the styles that would work for my husband and me based on how we sleep and our health issues. Turns out we needed two separate styles for optimal comfort! Thanks to Andrea we will be sleeping much better and waking with less pain! We didn’t feel the need to shop around because we could tell she genuinely helped us get the best price possible. I went to 3 places to day. Finally at the Holly Springs location Andrea helped my find the fest for for me and my budget. I was able to walk around and rest on each. Mattress to find the best suited for my and my aching back. By far Andrea was the best help m. She listens to find the actuarial needs I was able to walk around and I could hear her helping others as well find best for them. Can’t for delivery day.

We had a great time with Andrea! She's knowledgeable and fun! Shopping for a mattress is not an easy task but with her knowledge she helped us find "the one" that will hopefully provide us with the sleep we've been needing. Can't wait for it to arrive!!
