Food was good, employees were friendly, place was clean, they even have decorations (Mother’s Day) and a kids area! It was so cute, one of the best Wendy’s I’ve been to

I always want my fries well,well, well done, I say "to cook the potato out of them", This is the ONLY restaurant that knows what that means. The manager that is there in the evening always makes them perfect. There are 2 other Wendy's on my way home, but I always go to the west inverness location. Thanks for making this customer very happy.

The beautiful ladies always do a great job decorating for the holidays.

I drive from Crystal River just to come to this Wendy’s. Every time I come my order is made fresh and every staff member here is so friendly! It’s very clean and festive inside! My favorite Wendys!

This store is very clean. You can tell that the employees at this location care about each other and the job they do. They are respectful and make sure you are satisfied with your visit. I will definitely be back! 😊

This is a prime example of what a Franchise should be, the employees are absolutely a joy to be around, the restaurant is always clean and I’m always seeing the staff cleaning up the second something happens. They genuinely seem to enjoy being there. Love this location.

It's one of my favorite stops coming from the park.

Always great service and super sweet people especially the night manager. When i ordered a tea late at night(its the only thing i drink) they were out and she brewed me more so that i could get a drink. They have really good tea. I was so thankful someone actually did that for me.

Using the mobile app was easy and the order was ready for pickup when I arrived.

The girl taking care of the front end & cashier was exceptional and fast. Jennifer was friendly & didn't make any mistakes on anyone's order. She was happy & pleasant to everyone.

The employees are always great especially David and Patricia. My food was hot and my order was accurate and timely.

I almost always have less than stellar service at this location, but not tonight. The lady at the window was so wonderful! She not only gave my dog a pup cup and me a free sprite because she’d poured it by mistake, but she had such a great attitude and was so nice! I wish I’d caught her name, but it’s 3/2/23 and we were there around 8:50PM. Thank you for such great customer service!

Jennifer does a MAGNIFICIENT job on her seasonal decorations! They are always 'way more than what you would expect, and yet they are so tastefully done that the atmosphere in the restaurant is upbeat, friendly and homey. I have told all my friends to stop in and see them, and they all have positive comments.

You can tell that the owners of this Wendy's cares. The staff was friendly, happy, and eager to help. Everything in sight was clean and in order. We will definitely return.

Fastest Wendy's in Citrus County. Most always very clean on the inside, have had few issues with food quality or being correct. Note - I see pictures for this location with outside seating. There is no outside seating at this location.

Order was correct and got take out rather fast. Our order was taken by a kind man named Ashton. He was very helpful and was helping out his team after we had finished ordering. The store was also decorated with Halloween decorations and looked fun and welcoming. Overall, great experience, and we will be back!
