As far as mammograms go, it was fine. Nice waiting area. Very professional.

Had my first diagnostic mammogram after three years of not having one. I was so nervous, but the ladies at bay radiology were amazing from the amazing check in nurse to the back of the office you all rock.❤❤❤

So helpful and take time to make patient feel comfortable. I confused my appointment date and they worked to get me back on schedule within a day. Excellent from scheduling to procedure.

I had the most pleasant experience at Bay Radiology. Everyone was so friendly and the entire facility was incredibly clean!! Getting an Ultrasound felt like the serenity of being in a spa. Thank you Bay Radiology & Associates!!

Mammograms aren't fun, but this is the best possible place to get one. The staff is efficient and kind, the atmosphere is warm and homey with soft incandescent lighting and the soft fleece robes you are given are a delightful change from scratchy paper ones that most providers offer. Dr. Amodei reads the scans and gives you results immediately and takes the time to speak with you directly. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Excellent customer service, and you get your results right there with the radiologist. No waiting nervously in a room by yourself, and then having results sent to you in the mail. Personal service at it's best! Any woman who needs a mammogram should be going here.

Finally called back for 1220 appointment at 110. Mammogram preformed by unsympathetic tech. Placed in dressing room closet to wait. 20 minutes later more breast smashing. Back in closet. Literally where I changed! Now I’m informed I need an ultrasound. This is done followed by my third trip to the cold changing room where I am offered no robe, nor can I dress. 20 more minutes and a tech tells me “Your all good till next year” Really? The radiologist couldn’t speak to me for two minutes after all that?

Very frustrating that I cannot receive a return call with regards to needing medical records forwarded to another imaging center. Have left three messages with no return call. Lacks customer service!

My mother-in-law went to Bay radiology for a mammogram. They refused to give her one even after being referred by her doctor. To make it worse, she is a breast cancer survivor Breast cancer survivor and has recently found another lump after 30 years of remission. This is completely unacceptable practice and I’m sure violates medical ethics.

Still in shock regarding discussing my medical information in a hall way with other patients nearby. I’m so upset by the actions of this dr. So many violations, I left there in disbelief.

I think someone needs to investigate the billing practices of this business. Sent to collections on a bill that is almost 3 years old that I paid almost 3 years ago. Instead of being apologetic, Gail got a bit snarky and I quickly met her with my aggressive self. That type of billing practice is unethical and disgraceful. Luckily I had thorough notes and payment confirmations. Way to go folks. Didn't work on this patient. Hope others read and keep records in dealing with your practice.

Bay Radiology knowingly sent a workmans comp bill to collections and my credit file. They were informed at the time of treatment that the incident was a workmans comp case and then later after I discovered that their collections agency filed the bill against my credit. The staff was provided with the work mans comp information by myself and by my employer. This incident dropped my credit score by 40 points.

I was recently sent to collections for $17.00 unpaid balance for a DOS from 8/2015 it is now 11/19. Never contacted by them regarding this balance ..didn't know i owed it... amazing after 4 years .....still no letter from the Collections company the only reason this came up is I noticed my Credit score dropped I can't even remember what the appt was for when we lived there.. when i worked for medical drs , anything under 20.00 was an actual wrote off... pretty desperate to get their money..

They won’t answer the phone and I was on hold for over an hour on the queue at position number 3 then first in line then got disconnected twice and had to start over again! This is an every day and week ordeal! 🤨 it also then kept going to main voice system saying call back during regular business hours when they are supposed to be open! If they closed due to the storm, they need to indicate this on their website and on the phone system especially with someone having three tests scheduled for that day!
