Volkswagen of Panama City

This was my first visit. The service writer Matt S. was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The technician found other needed repairs that I needed to be aware of, but I was never pressured to make additional repairs, or spend additional money. As a matter of fact, my repair bill was about 10% below what I was quoted. A nice surprise in these expensive times.
The waiting area was clean, and comfortable with free coffee, which was nice because had the earliest appointment, I’m not a morning person.
It was a good experience and I look forward to working with Matt again.

Mr. Skaggs and his service staff did an amazing job on my car. They are as always pleasant, efficient, and caring as to the concerns of the customer. Your rating may be based on 5 stars but in truth they deserve a 10!!

The service was excellent!! First time getting my car done at a dealership and first car I bought at a dealership and i was impressed. They even got me lifted to my work! Mark was an amazing employee, very caring, and helped me know a lot more about my car I didn't know anything about. They got it done pretty quick and they were busy. I would give even more stars if I could!!! Matt was an absolute angel in the process of getting my daughter’s car repaired. It was in need of multiple things and Matt worked with our warranty company to get every single thing covered for us. I know he spent quite a bit of time calling and working with them and he never complained at all. He was so pleasant and helpful throughout. If the rest of the crew at VW are like him, they will be getting much more business from me! Thank you, Matt and VW!

The quality of service is terrific. Mark is knowledgeable, understanding and considerate. Unlike most services at dealerships, they are not out to gouge your wallet and do great work with what you need.

Mark was fantastic as always! I really appreciate his professionalism and vast knowledge when it comes to my Beetle! Also, my husband had surgery that week and timing was difficult for us. Mark helped figure out exactly how to make the service happen anyway and was able to get my car to the dealership and back for us. What a huge help during wat was a rough time! Experienced engine warning light and drive system warning message from my Audi A7 while on vacation along the gulf coast. Had to be in southern Florida within 2 days and concerned for safety. Too far to drive to Audi dealership - thought to contact VW to at least read engine failure codes and spoke with Mark Skaggs. Mark checked with diagnostic tool and verified a minor engine vacuum issue. After discussing the issue I decided we could continue our trip and rectify the issue at a later date. Thank you Mark!! You are a good man. Above and beyond!

I had a great experience at VW of Panama City. Mark got me scheduled right away, called the day before and reminded me of my appointment and kept me updated along the way while my vehicle was there. He let me know of a few things that needed some attention but never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. A few days following my visit I received a call from Royce (I believe was his name). He wanted to insure that I was taken care of as well. I had a great experience at VW of Panama City and will be back.

Needed an oil change for my Audi and VW of Panama City saved me a trip to the Audi dealership in Pensecola. Very professional, lots of appointment reminders and a fair price. Waiting room clean and modern.
