The CVS at Rio is completely retooled with a new pharmacist and a store manager who are very engaged with the customer base. Feedback is welcomed and reacted upon. The CVS at Rio Road and 29 in Charlottesville had an employee that greets people and is at the cashier. He is the best. He treats me very friendly personal and knowledgeable. I make the trip to that CBS for his knowledge I don’t have his name

I have not experienced the pharmacy but the store manager is incredibly helpful. I take my 94 year mother-in-law here to purchase what she needs and he is always very polite and accommodating.

Pharmacist was super sweet and understanding and the pharmacy techs were working as fast as they can, when they didn't have to. I was asked like three times by people in the store if I needed help with anything. Very nice

Amazing staff, regular and pharmacy.
I live about an hour away and was advised to stop at a local cvs in the area instead of my own. As soon as I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a smiling face and although pharmacy was short staffed they went out of their way to fill my prescriptions in a timely manner. Very lively bunch. They added a little happiness to my day.

This is one of the best CVS Pharmacies I have visited. Not only is the store brightly lit and well organized, the staff is AWESOME! Friendly, professional and eager to meet your needs from filling prescriptions to taking passport photos. They are kind and genuinely want to provide stellar customer service - and they do just that. Thank you!

Simone who works the front desk has amazing customer service skills. I called and ask for a particular item and she knew exactly what I was Looking for. I enjoyed her kind spirit even though it was short.

I've had prescriptions filled here for years and have never had one problem. The staff and Pharmacists are proficient and competent, you can't ask for better service.

I did not catch the name of the pharmacy technician that helped me out today but she was awesome for calling my insurance to verify my prescription coverage because I did not have the card on me. Thank you so much.
