I had some issues with my car warning lights alerting me on my dashboard. These friendly folks were very helpful and got me in quickly, and diagnosed the turbo problem and ordered the parts, and had me repaired in just a few days. They worked with me with the extended warranty company and got my damages approved for payment. They also had a good deal arranged with a local rental car company to save me about 70% of the cost of a vehicle.
It's difficult to find good customer service like this these days

Christopher Helms did an amazing job this morning on my Honda. He took care of the oil change and rotation. He explained everything. He had me out the door in less than an hour. Just an awesome experience!!! Thank you 😊

Very professional, friendly, and thorough. One of the services I wanted was headlights replaced. The service writer told me not to, headlights are $1000 a piece! She suggested a buy a restoration kit myself. The first one I tried had failed. But the second one was much better. I bought both kits elsewhere, so it's not like they were trying to upsell me.
Will definitely return for service, even though is 20+ miles away.

Everyone was awesome. Felt like family so informational in the questions I asked. Kept me smiling and happy. If you want a real car buying experience go to Honda of bay county they are A-1. Big tip if going to any dealership test their character and humor, that will determine should you do business by their natural reaction.
