I read the reviews before I came, & i disagree.
Darrell was the one who assisted me today, & she was sweet & professional. I see where people might not like her customer service but she was amazing to me. Just be respectful & nice!

I read the reviews before I ventured in to renew my passport, thankfully! I was prepared. I had my forms filled out, my appointment scheduled, and my required forms of identification. I had read about Darcel and just knew she would be the one there to assist me today. She was - and I thought she was great! Two more people showed up for passport renewals while I was working with Darcel. She acknowledged everyone and juggled several tasks at once. I can understand that her style may be an acquired taste for some, but we hit it off. Go into the Post Office with a good attitude, hoping to make friends - with all of your papers and ID (and APPOINTMENT) - and you just might be pleasantly surprised.

Went to submit my passport application during busy lunchtime and only had to wait 5 minutes past my appointment time. “Passport Pam” got me taken care of quickly and efficiently! Can’t believe it was so pleasant and easy.

Based on the reviews, I did not want to come to this USPS location, but I'm happy I did! I did not catch on the employee's name who was working on 7/26/22 at about 4:45pm. I arrived within 15 mins of closing, and there were 4 people ahead of me and 2 people behind me. This employee had a great attitude with each of the customers. Also, I was in and out within 6 mins total! This was such a wonderful experience, I'm happy to visit this location again :)

Love Darcel. I’ve been to every post office in pcb and Panama City. Never had an issue. Darcel is super nice and helpful.

This is the BEST USPS in Bay County. Go here. Don't bother with the other ones (especially over on Sherman!)
