The work they do to keep the feral cat community is amazing. Their low cost clinic is a God send.

A big shout out to Dr. Bays and Dr. Jones, thank you for your expertise in treating our kids.. Again, the whole staff are so caring, patient and knowledgeable. These are only 5 of 9 of our fur kids and all are their clients.

I praise this service to the moon and back. They make the cost of caring for your 4 legged child/children affordable with helpful and knowledgeable staff.
I had my lil Toy Poodle Daisy Mae spayed there 3 1/2 years ago when she was a pup (now she's a whopping 7 pounds) and I just this past Thursday had to have emergency care for her.
I live on a fixed income where every dime matters but Spay Bay makes owning a pet affordable for myself and HUNDREDS of other lower income households.
My Daisy is not only my 'dog' but she is the key to my emotional well being.

The staff are great and very caring and the vet took his time and explained things to me and had recommendations for my babies issues. I have a rescue who is way overweight & one with Bad arthritis And he gave me recommendations and options, especially for the overweight one. I don’t think I have found another vet & staff in this town That have taken the time to explain it all instead of here’s the Medicine come back if it doesn’t Get any better. He’s a good vet. I hope he sticks around And of course the Staff are amazing And do great work also Thank you for treating Me and my animals kindly.

They are very affordable, accommodating and caring. They are doing Panama City a great service for low cost vaccines as well as spay and neuter . They are usually very busy but flawlessly work in a cohesive manner where they make it work. As busy as they get, there isn’t a super long wait time. To all the staff members there. I appreciate what you do for our community.

Very kind staff that helped me afterhours when I showed up without an appt. Even though they were closed they make sure that I found a place that I could take my dog for an emergency surgery and even called for me they went above a beyond :)

I can not say enough good things about this place! They have saved my dog Rocky several times, and he likely would not even be here right now if it wasn't for their help. They have worked with me to get him better, and he's actually on schedule in 2 weeks to have surgery. I trust them to take care of my animal. They also help so many other animals and spay and neuter so many animals to help population control. On top of that, the staff is amazing! Cathy goes above and beyond for me every time I need something, and I super appreciate that!!😁🙌 Save some money while supporting a business that helps the community! You won't be disappointed, and I promise your fur babies will be in good hands with people who care.🐾😺🐶

Much cheaper than other vets. However, hope your animal isn't sick like mine because it doesn't matter. They will make no exception. You still have to wait a week to get appointment.

Had both my fur babies spayed here. They did so great no issues with my pets, recommended them to all my friends even though we are from out of the county. Will go back again for any future needs for my fur babies

The people working here are so kind. I took my dog to be spayed and everything turned out fine. I truly appreciate what they do for everyone in our community to help our pets.

Wonderful place with people that truly care about pets!! The process through the line to drop off for neutering went smoothly and pickup was a breeze too! The staff gave excellent post op instructions and I'm so grateful I found a cost-effective place for our rescue kitten! When we picked him up, the staff told us how cute Nemo was and how he purred constantly! He was purring when we picked him up from being neutered lol. Overall, great place and great experience. Only caveat is I could never get anyone on the phone. I booked the appt online, they sent an email a couple days later (that I ALMOST missed) with instructions. I never got a phone call and I could personally never reach anyone on their phone line. Otherwise, it was a breeze!

They were amazing with our dogs and cats. Such kind people every time we are up there as well. I definitely trust them.

what does the waiting time has to do with the quality of service ?
every time I come here I get the best service possible. I don't pay for marble floors or expressive interior. Without SpayBay many animals would not have survived. you gave them 3 stars for waiting ? But you like to save the money. If you don't like to wait , go to another vet . that makes our waiting time shorter.

Love this place. Amazing staff that genuinely care about the animals. I take all my fur babies here. My girl is doing so great after getting spayed and her shots.

I take my two cats here for vaccinations and yearly exams. They have a very efficient system where you check-in for your appointment in the patio area, do your paperwork, and then wait with your pets either under the patio or in your vehicle to be called to see the vet. It eliminates a crowded waiting room and limits exposure for both pets and owners.
The vets and staff are friendly and efficient.
Both of my cats were spayed here. They do a very good job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Very through in the check in and out line thanks for fixing my pup at a reasonable price, was 130 for my pup who is 54 lbs and that was the price with the meds and the cone

So impressed with their desire to help animals in need. Wonderful service, especially a volunteer, Kathy, who went out if her way to help a feral stray that needed help. Please donate to this terrific place that helps so many in need.
