I have never been so excited 🤩 to do laundry! Ok, so I only just now got my new Speed Queen TC5 delivered and installed and I've got it going through an inaugural heavy duty wash with sanitizer. Look at the water level first off 👀 There's ACTUAL GENUINE H2O in there to get my clothes clean and rinsed. . . and this is not even the deep fill option yet. 🎉

A big thank you to Roger from Independent Appliance, who got me the info I needed and set it up so his colleague Greg came and installed this little gem. Both were GREAT to talk to! We truly appreciate down to earth, knowledgeable pros sharing good advice, with a great sense of humor. We'll be pleased to have these professionals service our non-Speed-Queen appliances as they break down.

We discovered Independent Appliance repair after being told by a national service company(waiting two weeks for the initial appointment )that they longer worked on our Whirlpool refrigerator. We contacted Independent and had an appointment within a week. The part was ordered and the repair made within 2 weeks. The consultant fee was cheaper and the cost of the parts and labor were reasonable. We now know who to call for appliance repair. The technician was professional and polite. He cleaned up immediately. Took all packaging with him and explained what the issue and repair in detail. Independent even called us as soon as the part arrived to schedule the return and arrived within 3 days. Thrilled with the service!

We've been using Independent appliance for a long time so this is no surprise to us but just to let others know they are top notch and will take care of you honestly. We will always call them for any appliance needs. Thanks for the quick service.

I Called at 4:48 on a Friday. They had my parts and I was able to pick them up and fix my washer all in the same day. You will pay more than Amazon but, for the convenience, knowledge, and ability to support a local business it is absolutely worth it. I would recommend if you are in the need for washing machine/dryer parts/repairs.

My wife was getting ready to cook some ziti for birthday party stove went out. Found this place went down there and they had the parts in stock and the guy behind the counter was very professional. I would definitely recommend anybody that needs parts for their appliances to come here. My wife is very happy now.

This may be a one-of-a-kind review being that I have not yet used Independent Appliance for service or part purchase just yet. I called a few days ago looking for a replacement part for an LG stove I own. Not sure who I spoke to but they were very professional, and very helpful. The part I had ordered from another company was back ordered and I could not get any answers. The gentleman at independent appliance said he could have the part possibly the next morning! Unfortunately, an hour after I made the order, I got an update informing me that the part had been taken off of back order and would be delivered within a few days. I ended up canceling the order with independent appliance with no hangups whatsoever. But I wanted to make this review to let them and their future customers know that I recommended service and professionalism and I will surely make them my first call with any appliance needs from this moment forward.

Showed up on time with great communication! They were done replacing my fridge door with in 1.5 hours. The best part about it besides getting the door replaced was the clean up! They left no tools or debris behind from their work!! Most people don't do that so that speaks volumes. These guys really take pride in there work! I will certainly use them in the future if I ever need to!!

Great experience! I haven’t needed an appliance repair service in years...since you could call the local Sears store and they’d come fix any brand appliance. The first place I called, an established local appliance company, could not come till the next Wednesday - a week and a half away! Then I found Independent Appliance! This company came the same day I called them to fix my Samsung dryer...I called at 9am and it was completely fixed like new by 3:30 that afternoon. It was the heating element, and the technician (Keith) explained that dryer sheet wax buildup on the lint filter was the culprit. He had the new part on his truck! He was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! And the price was very reasonable. I definitely would recommend them to anyone and I will absolutely call them again should I need any appliance repaired! They came and fixed my dryer. The gentleman was very pleasant to talk with. Was a reasonable price. U would call them again for any of my appliances.

I have never had a bad experience with Independent Appliance. Always quick to come out and very honest about what they can do. If it was more expensive to repair than machine was worth they said so before doing the repairs. I have used them for our freezer, fridge, and washing machine.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling shortly before Christmas and I had difficulty scheduling a service call with anyone. Independent was quick to respond, available and on time with their service calls. Turns the repair was not as simple as hoped, but Independent worked through all of our problems to eventually repair our refrigerator staying always responsive to provide excellent customer service.

I went in this store twice. Very helpful! The first time for my washer because it wouldn't agitate. The second for a counter top range glass. Each time I was given detailed tips on "How to" and "Be careful of" when I made my successful repairs. Because they took time and explained and answered my questions I will give them my business.
