marks is a clean safe place to do laundry.I've been there on several occasions and at different times of day.once I put my laundry soap in the wrong washer and had to make amends by putting $7. into wash again ..I didn't know I had to open the door and close it for restart.so it took my $7.so I put $7 more and finally got the mistake out of the way.but then I saw the number to call ...I got mark himself. he told me to call on my next trip to the laundry. and he would remote start my washers for me

Quick to reply if any problems occur, and new tech, where he can literally fix it on demand without even being there at times or if away for a minute. Well done. I have 59 units in my business and if in a time crunch I recommend this place.

I'm here 2:30 am not a bum insight. Been here for lil while ,nobody asked me for change. Over all very convenient. My dryer went out. This place is a big help to community. Staying open 24hrs is great.everybody not on same schedule. Alot of places ain't 24hrs anymore . Thanks

Be aware of your surroundings but everything was new after hurricane. Depending on the time, i like late night or early Sunday, i can use 3 big machines for a months worth of clothes, sheets and spreads. Owner will call back if theres a problem, text the number its a better way to get in touch with him. His numbers posted. 24 hours is the best. Even tho its 30 minutes to my house each way.

Best to go early, before the crowd shows up lol.

It's nice convenient 24/7 and affordable. Late night not anybody there but one or two homeless people they might ask for change but I haven't had any problems.washers and driers are new and clean.

Not the most clean place in the world but I will say this the machines almost all work great . A couple dryers don't get so hot but the bathroom is so clean and I love the hours because you can go in the middle of the night and it's dead and you done have anybody bothering you .

I definitely appreciate this laundromat. Both times I went it was a holiday when all others were closed. Machines are new and wash very well. Watch your delicates in the dryer so they don't burn because they get very hot. Only reason it wasn't clean was because customers let dryer sheets fall on the floor. No one was a bother and they were there for the same thing I was.

I Love coming here. The facility is always clean. The machines are always working. 26 minutes to wash clothes and 15 to 30 minutes to dry clothes depending on what your drying. Deborah is always very pleasant and treats everyone the same. She is always smiling.

Mark's is the only 24/7 laundrymat in town and very much appreciated for that. It's kept
clean and tidy. I rarely see a washer or dryer out of order and they are kept clean and running smoothly. Depending on the time you go, there can be quite an eclectic mix of people there. I definitely recommend though that you should not leave your laundry totally unwatched and that goes for any laundrymat and not just this one.

OMG .. this place has a range of characters from sun up til sun down. i gave 5 stars because you'll never be bored & it stays active with the craziest situations ive ever seen !

Thank goodness for FRESH SCENT! I had stopped at 3 other laundromat before finding this wonderful place- the others were abysmally scary 😳

New machines and change m@chines in building would think customers would be more respectful and appreciative of them being open 24 hours and pick up their dryer sheets when they are removing there laundry from the dryer cause usually all over the floor but pretty clean other than that

24/7 and surprisingly all the equipment works very well for a very good price.
Beware of your surroundings and keep eye on clothes but besides that I would recommend!

Late Night Washing for Night Owls. Great 60 pound capacity washers at a fair price. Dryers dry quickly . Security cameras . Big Screen TV's Owner will call you back if you call with a complaint. Only place I know of that is open 24/7 in Panama City.

Good luck on the dryer pick. May work great last time but not the next. They work just sometimes not as good. So I've heard.

I'm so glad they reopened this place. And I'm really happy Its 24 hrs now. All the machines are new and its nice and clean in there now. All they need is some snack machines.

Very clean didn't have any of the problems other people have mentioned and the change machine gives dollar coins. I went on a Sunday afternoon

Great and clean place and convient and open 24 hours a day 7 days aweek and has free customer wifi ...employee Jeff Boswell is always available to help and General Manager Bryan is wonderful
