The Bistro Southern Cafeteria

Ordered the roast beef with carrots/rice Mac n cheese Lima beans w/cornbread. There's obviously some things i would've added (seasoning), however it was quite good for a restaurant. Love love country cooking, by far one of the better choices around bay county as far as that.

Everything is delicious, but this fish was on point! Great size, hot, and probably best price in town for a great amount of food.

5 stars is underrated. This is in my opinion the absolute best place I have ever ate at in Florida. Hands down amazing food and atmosphere. My only issue is they aren't open 24/7.

Best southern food cafeteria I’ve been to in a long time and the food was absolutely delicious. I could help myself and I had to ask you to cook was to let them know the great the food was. Tavares the front man running the show was just polite as could be. Monday’s it’s $10 even for a great meal meet two sides in a drink can’t go wrong I’ll be back every day. Lol.

When I think of Soul Food & Sunday Dinner... this is the place‼ Everything that I remember about the kitchen growing up - the sounds, the smells, and the laughter is present here. The owners are amazing professionals with excellent vision and execution for their service offering. Eat here.

More of a take out style, but great soul food. Any combo of meat & two, & great veggies! Fried pork chops today were awesome! We drove around looking for lunch after CHRISTmas Eve AM service nearby...after driving all the way to Mexico Beach, (finding many closed restaurants), ended up stumbling upon this little gem heading back to PCB. On Va-K for Holiday & I'm sure we'll be back! Owners were really awesome too!! Blessings upon ur business & lives!🙏TY! 😋

This place is wonderful. I had never been here before, but the food is really down home. OMG, the friend cornbread, to die for, perfect, not greasy at all. Same with the fried pork chop. I Will definitely be back, quite often! The folks working there are kind and friendly, even the guests were happy and kind, they knew they were in for a treat! I highly recommend. As I understand it (after asking around), the meals are pretty set for each day, so grab a menu and visit the days you like, oh heck, go every day and try everything!

A diamond in the rough. Something that PC has lots of. Friendly environment. Great portions, awesome quality, nice people, authentic, different choices everyday. Wish I could go back everyday.

No AC so if you don't want to get hot then do take out. Food and service is worth the drive from the beach! Cool atmosphere with Jazz music!

This is the best food in Panama City hands down! Staff is super friendly!! Always seasoned to perfection & the cornbread omg, immaculate. Don’t forget about the cake, I hadn’t had anything from here that I didn’t like

The food is AMAZING! Seasoned to perfection!!! Desserts are always delicious, their baker is very creative! There’s always things I’ve never heard of but I pick up 1 of everything they have, never been disappointed. The cornbread is out of this WORLD! I eat here daily and never get burnt out bc there’s a different menu every day!! Highly recommend

This place is DEFINITELY worth your time if you enjoy real home style southern cooking. The fried chicken is juicy and full of flavor and so is the mac n cheese!! I definitely think this restaurant could go places if they were to expand to more cities!! :)
