Called and Ron was there within a day explaining that the phone calls were backed up. However, he repaired a Bosch refrigerator freezer and was extremely pleasant. My client had company coming and could not possibly live without the freezer and ice maker and Ron repaired it on the spot.. Thank you for such great service.

I used Appliance Doctor to put in a gas fireplace insert, a gas line and they put in a gas heater in my shop. They put everything in from putting in the tank and trenching it all the way up to the house from the backyard. They put in the fireplace insert, a grill hookup and a heater in my shop.

I would recommend them to anybody. They did the work as scheduled. They did it all as prescribed. They did very good quality work. They did everything as planned. They answered any questions or concerns I had right on the spot. They showed me ahead of time what they were going to do. There was no guesswork about it. Their price was a little higher but I paid for the quality.

Great guys and great service. I recently had my under counter ice machine go out and Ron came out promptly, inspected it and let me know what the problem was. He ordered the part and once it came in he called and scheduled an appointment to come out and replace it. But the best part of customer service was getting a call a week later to make sure everything was going good. That is above and beyond any customer service I have encounter lately. They came out to do warranty work on new Bosch dishwasher. Steve, the owner, couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I definitely recommend.

A little slow returning our calls but the work they did at our house was top notch.

It took two weeks for the gentleman to come. I'm still waiting for the part to come in and the gentleman to come back to fix it. But when he was here, he was very nice and knowledgeable! I speak highly of this business, the length of time attests to the high need of them.
