ATTENTION: After losing our home and talking with them we made a decision to have one brought to the house to store our salavables. However we had to canceled bc of funding yet they still charged us for a delivery fee. We canceled early enough in the day but they still charged us and said it was bc they had it loaded on the truck already. after telling us they would have to make several trips that day and it wouldn't be until later they could deliver we thought we had ample time to cancel and should have. Just another piss poor company in Bay County taking advantage of people during tough times. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

They keep sending me invoices even though I stopped using them at the end of February. I know I over paid by a month because of this yet they say I am all paid up and won't get back to me on the overpayment. So why am I getting another invoice in June? Several calls and emails yet they still have me on automatic billing. Very shady!!!
