You couldn't ask for a better physical therapy office. Everyone is kind and attentive. Both my husband and I have been seen by Naomi, and we highly recommend Bodies In Motion.

Great place, great staff and a beautifully decorated, healing atmosphere. Their office and billing staff are always so helpful and kind. Lots of aloha! This is the third time over many years and different injuries, that I have used this company for PT. I highly recommend their compassionate and skilled staff. They have a team of therapists with differing areas in which they excell. This provides wonderful benefits for the patients. My husband is also seeing one of the therapist for injury with positive results.

I've been going to Bodies In Motion for about three months now and I am not exaggerating when I say that it has changed my life for the better. I am so grateful to their friendly staff and services. Jared Pirkle is my Physical Therapist and the best at what he does. He is completely professional, experienced, and a genuinely nice guy.

After working with Jared, I actually am on the way to becoming pain-free. I don't suffer from chronic pain like I used to. It used to be debilitating and now I go weeks without any pain at all.

Before coming to Bodies In Motion, I suffered from chronic pain for years that affected my personality, work life, and physical activity. I was literally a slave to it. I tried everything from acupuncture and massage, to standard Western medicine. None of that was other than a quick fix. Jared and Bodies In Motion help your body with correct movements and exercises that lead to healing and recovery. I wish I had known about this amazing group of PTs years ago but I'm glad I finally found them!

I highly recommend Bodies in Motion. They are experts in rehabilitation based on individual needs. The environment is professional, kind and non-threatening.
I have had excellent results in the past and I am back because of a serious injury. I feel totally confident that I will have a full recovery and become stronger in the end. They teach you to be aware of your movements along with strengthening the underlying issues of an injury. I have incorporated some of the past exercise "homework" in my life that I will use for the rest of my life.

Update: After I posted this review, a manager reached out to me & looked into the billing error. After a few months, they resolved it & actually issued me a small refund check.

Original: It The billing dept is appalling! Ive emailed, written letters, spoken to Jackie, paid what I owe and they keep sending me the same bill that is incorrect with no acknowledgment of any issues Ive contested. Im sick of it. Im now going to my insurance company and filing an appeal. Its too bad that the therapists are good but not worth the stress dealing with the aftermath of the billing dept.

My daughter experienced the physical therapist to be not nice. My girl is 20, had 7 broken bones, and was overwhelmed. When I tried to communicate with everyone at this location it was frustrating. To the extent that the therapist, unkindly told my daughter that she would not be reporting back to her mom. On top of this- they did not ice after therapy. Myself and the doctors were appalled when my daughter had two swollen, painful ankles days later. When I called the therapist, they said that ice was not a standard practice. Folks, I choose this location based on reviews, and everyone should know that ice is very important part of physical therapy.
Owner never returned my calls. If you are helping a child or elderly this place is very hard to work with. We changed to another PT place and have had a beautiful 3 months healing there.
