Walmart

Large parking lot with people coming and going. Yummy food samples in the afternoon. The food court requires a membership card to place an order. Best gas prices in town, along with short lines.

This is your typical Walmart but it's the only one on the island of Maui, so it is extremely busy. Prices are reasonable, checkouts are fairly expeditious, staff is helpful and lay out of building is reasonable. Parking is a little tight. Best time to go is in the latter hours of the evening as the locals don't tend to shop at that hour

This is an outstanding Walmart and one of THE places to go as a tourist. Buying your Maui shirts and dresses, as well as anything else you'd find at tourist trap is the BEST choice. We paid for 10 shirts what we would have paid literally for 2, maybe 3 shirts elsewhere 🤔 🙄

If you're used to going to Walmart, this is the same as others. You can buy souvenirs, inexpensive beach supplies, cold beers/booze, and munchies/food. It's near the airport so I recommend you stop by as soon as you arrive and on your way to your place of stay.

Good selection of tourist stuff if that's your goal. Can get quite busy and it does not have the largest food section. Parking can be a mess on occasion. They have a bank and McDonald's inside. Staff seemed friendly the many times I have come in.

Amazing store amazing people literally the most that you can expect out of a Walmart. There’s nothing really much of a difference here in Hawaii versus when I lived in Connecticut but it definitely hits different. It’s a different vibe.

Has a great souvenir section, including an impressive selection of t-shirts. Was clean, and well organized.

Okay so this walmart is ALWAYS so busy!!! I'm assuming it's because it's the closest walmart in Kahului lol or maybe because it's walmart!! Im a walmart kinda girl so I get it!! They have everything!! Customer service here is unmatched <3 I gave it 5 stars because they stay STOCKED on EVERYTHING! Thank you walmart!!!

Walmart is a must stop for just about anything you can think of... this store even has a great hawaiiana section with gifts and souvenirs.

If you have an air b&b or a timeshare here, save money and buy your basics here then run to Costco 5 minutes away.

Pro tip!

Have to bring your own bag for groceries, otherwise you can purchase a reusable bag from them. No paper or plastic bags given

Walmart is always the best choice! I'm impressed with their community service. They donated millions of dollars of toys and Christmas decorations for the people of Lahaina on Maui.

Usually has what you need, if not they'll have in about two weeks... Geographic Oddity... Hawai'i is two weeks from everywhere!!!

This place has always been fair about pricing. Although, they do not carry a lot of organic items I look for, little by little they're starting to incorporate some.

Located right outside the airport. Perfect spot if you forgot/need anything for your trip to maui 🤙🏾

Very pleasant room. Valet parking efficient but $40 or park in the street.

Great selection of inexpensive souvenirs. Plus, they got a variety of Hawaii-only spam flavors for $2.44 ea
