Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea

Lunch was fantastic, we were seated immediately and there was absolutely no rush to order and finish, our waiter Scott was amazing. The food was terrific, the portions were just right for a lunch time.
The atmosphere was just right, the gentle hum of lunch time chatter mixed with live music.

This resort was amazing. I could see whales playing in the ocean from our balcony, which was breathtaking. The infinity pool was my favorite place to be but an early morning beach walk was just as enjoyable. From the spectacular views to the kindness of the staff, I cannot wait to go back. Mahalo!

Staff had been phenomenal; location and facility top notch and the restaurants have been wonderful. Alec at Duo was wonderful to see and talk to every morning. Sandra poolside at the main pool was great taking care of our every need. Loved our time here.

If you are looking for a beautifully peaceful place to disconnect and unwind, then this is the place for you. The open air lobby with the gentle breezes wash over you with a feeling of relaxation and helps to quiet the mind.
The property is filled with peaceful walking paths that lead you around the property or down to the beach.
The staff members are exceptionally trained and they make you feel welcomed immediately.
The rooms are large and the balconies are spacious and each offers its own unique view. The games room offers ping pong, a pool table, video games, foosball, and shuffle board.
I especially enjoyed the rotating local vendors that sell their handmade goods ranging from jewelry to paintings to skincare.

Amazing views, great rooms, the friendliest staff, beautiful beach and pools. Go on the outrigger canoe, it was so fun!! The guide for it does an amazing job and also teaches you about the culture while you paddle out. I wish I could remember his name, he's the best!

Shane was singular in his approach. Modest, polite, high energy, attentive, desirous of seeing attention in one's response to his assistance. He is as delightful as the place is gorgeous. My wife loved the whole thing and I love that.

Beautiful property. It was low season so there seemed to be less pool servers than usual. Otherwise service was amazing from housekeeping to maintenance to concierge. It was a wonderful experience. The cultural classes were fun for the family.

Great rooms no matter where you are located. We had macadamia encrusted mahi mahi and filet, they were absolutely amazing. This is right on the beach! The service is fantastic! The rooms are top tier, the service is incredible, I truly enjoyed my stay there!

Spago is one of our favorite restaurants on the island. Great view from your seating at the point. Nice spot to watch the sunset. Quality and service on par with Mama's Fishhouse.

Four Seasons is the best resort on the island. From arrival to departure we always felt a personal touch just for us. They are all about the guest and their satisfaction. We have nothing but great things to say about them. The restaurants are good if you do not want to leave the resort. The grounds are well taken care of. We stayed on the club level and the amenities were wonderful. We had great service in the club lounge from everyone there. Jiji in the club lounge went above to make my family and I feel welcome and made sure we were always taken care of.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful views, excellent service! Golf was amazing. Pools were not too busy, large and beautiful.

My only complaint was the walk to my room. There were only two elevators and they were located towards the beach. My room was on the opposite side, so it was a very long walk.

Amazing resort. Staff were exceptional and very friendly and helpful. A very welcoming experience and environment. The rooms are really great. Lots of storage and amenities, the balcony is very sizable. The beach is wonderful, and the walking path provides a nice way to stay active with a gorgeous view of the ocean and palm trees. Pools are excellent, the adult serenity pool blew me away. You can hear music under water! Very peaceful if you want to get away from splashing loud children at the main pool. I will be back for sure!

Stayed in an ocean view suite on the club level and it was just magical. The staff is so helpful and kind. The luxurious details are impeccable. Not a single plastic plant or flower to be found. Fresh orchids are everywhere. Not crowded at all after thanksgiving- tons of cabanas everywhere.

Everyone morning and all day long the staff is tending to the gardens and to the hotel.

Our stay was in 2021, but it is not forgotten. How can you forget perfection. From sunrise to bed time everything is perfect. The service is beyond first class and the staff quickly gets to know you especially poolside and at breakfast. Our room was so well kept and incredibly clean with daily service on the highest level for any of our wishes. The food is amazing from Wolfgang's restaurant to the Italian restaurant by the pool or the amazing breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel has a FANTASTIC reef right out in front of the hotel that is so nice that many tour boats pull up to it during the day, such that their clients can use it. Whether you want to Paddle-board, Scuba, Snorkel or whatever the resort can accommodate and proved instruction if you wish. One of the most amazing parts is the property itself with it breathtaking grounds and vista views, trails, nightly fire walk by locals in period costume or just the cleanliness and open air concept of the hotel itself. BTW the parrot is a hoot in the gardens. We can't wait to come back and think about our trip every day as our pictures are screen savers. Thanks to all that work there for making our Hawaiian trip a lifelong memory.

The perfect hotel at the perfect location. Staff members were outstanding and always helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was stellar, great selections and delicious, especially the banana bread french toast! Room was immaculate, bathroom was spotlessly clean, bed was super comfortable and we always slept deeply. Lots to do in and around the Four Seasons Resort Maui hotel property, the pool and poolside cafe bars were great, beach was fun, and everyone was sincerely enjoying themselves. Concierge was amazing. Views from the hotel were spectacular. Four Seasons has always been great, but this one at Maui is simply top notch, no flaws, just perfect in every regard. Pricey, but worth it. We loved this place and didn’t want to leave!

One of the best trips we’ve ever taken, and best hotels we have ever stayed at! Absolute perfection. From start to finish, FS Maui never ceased to impress us and they truly made it so hard to leave.

The staff was lovely - bartenders, valets, waitresses, housekeeping, pool attendants, etc. They all went the extra mile each and every interaction we had with them and made us feel so welcomed. Part of me was expecting to experience a level of “stuffiness” given the 5-star hotel rating but I was totally wrong. These folks are just phenomenal and so friendly.

The property is breathtaking. Everything was well maintained, there are gorgeous flowers everywhere, clean beaches, pools, bedrooms, rec areas. I really couldn’t stop saying “wow” all week.

I could go on and on about how great FS Maui is so, just book it! Worth every penny and made many lifetime memories here. I already cannot wait to return. Mahalo!

Lovely experience at the Four Seasons Maui. The location is stunning. The resort is beautifully located at Wailea beach with an incredible seafront property. The beach is gorgeous. The sea is calm in the mornings and slightly more agitated in the evenings. The beach lounge chairs and cabanas provide amazing sea views. The bedroom is elegant and well decorated. Above all, service is stellar. Employees have been kind, helpful and nice to us in every possible occasion. We'd most definitely stay again in a future visit to Maui.

Great, luxury resort. Very expensive, but pay for location and quality.
