Kross Island Prompt Care

I was visiting Maui and developed a medical condition needing treatment while on the island. The receptionist was very welcoming and told me she would prep things for me to come over right away. I was in to see the Dr within 5 mins of arriving. He performed a thorough examination and provided me with antibiotics to treat my infection. It was the fastest Dr appointment I've ever had. Dr. Kross was friendly, helpful, and did a great job of following through with the pharmacy and lab to ensure I got the treatment needed so I could return to our vacation as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kross to anyone needing a physician.

While on vacation, we had an accident at the pool and needed to see a Doctor for some stitches for a cut. We called the clinic around 9pm and although they we’re not open, the Doctor completely went out of his way to help us find a place where they would be able to take us in at this time. The Doctor there at the clinic even called back, not once, but twice a few minutes later to make sure we knew where we we’re going and also to make sure the patient wasn’t developing any issue where we should be concern about. Even though we weren’t able to go to this clinic, we felt the doctor truly care and truly wanted to help us. I would give 10 out of 5 star if it was possible because there was nothing for him to gain in this situation but help us as much as he could. I would also highly recommend anyone needing to see a Doctor in a non-emergency to start with this clinic. We definitely need more people like him in this world and for that we want to thank him for all his kindness and help.

Went in for a pre employment health check. Doctor Kross was very thorough and has a lot of knowledge. Also has a sense of humor. Would have him as my regular doctor if I weren't so far away. Would recommend

While visiting Maui from Canada. My husband got sick. We went to Kross Island clinic and met Tina. Tina took our info, and within minutes my husband was sitting in front of Doctor Kross. He was awesome...took care of my husband....and phoned to check up on us. Best doctor in Maui

Absolutely the Best!!! medical urgent care I have ever received!!
I came to the beautiful island of Maui in April 2018 for vacation—from Oshawa ,Ontario, Canada—
I unfortunately needed to seek medical attention—I was directed to Dr. Marc Kross—WOW!! ‘Prompt’ is the right word for this clinic—after calling his Wonderful!! assistant Tina—He saw me right away—his care and concern for my situation was overwhelming—can you imagine?? Dr. Marc texted me over a weekend asking me check in with him—I had a follow up visit—He had concerns for my trip home—situation resolved!!!
Wish I lived in Maui—because this is the only clinic I would go to—

Doctor Kross is the consummate professional. Trained in medicine, critical care and trauma, and practicing for 30+ years, Dr. Kross will know how to treat any medical issue you present to him with. He has a gentle manner that makes patients feel comfortable to share their concerns. This is not a "take 2 aspirin and call me in the morning" doctor. This is a physician with a broad range of medical knowledge and experience, always remaining current, informed, and able to deliver the best care. Kihei is fortunate to have someone with Dr. Kross' knowledge available to take care of whatever it is that ails you! He is awesome!

I called the office Sunday evening and left a voice mail. Dr Kross called back within 1 hour. He recommend a course of action for me that was just what I needed. Thank you Dr. Kross
