Just a great local Italian spot. Loved the carpaccio, white pizza and the cannoli was superb. Plus they make a decent aperol spritz! We'll be back next time we're in Kihei!

Just ate here and it was delicious! The four cheese ravioli was delicious, great desserts, loved the Caesar salad and more. Definitely a great place to eat at it's really good!

We're tourists and found this place last minute. We were surprised to learn that customers order at the counter. Okay, no problem, we waited in line and ordered our dinner. I feel badly because I feel I under-tipped, a meager ~10%, at this point assuming everything else would be self-service, getting place settings, pouring my own glasses from a bottle of wine. Also, keep in mind, that we had not had any service yet. And then, the service was top-notch, catering to our needs, pouring wine, etc. And the food (bruschetta, lasagnas, short ribs, seafood linguine) was very, very good. I regret not tipping more ~20% to your excellent staff and service. May good karma come your way with this 5-star review.

Great food, good service, and a nice atmosphere. I was looking for a non seafood option during our stay in Maui and this did not disappoint. I really enjoyed the four cheese pasta and everyone I was with enjoyed their meal as well. Would highly recommend!

Thrilled to find an Italian place on island wtih vegan + gluten-free options. We created personal pizzas with vegan cheese and the GF caulifower crust. My second grader normally does not like pizza at all, but he loved his pizza here. We also shared a piece of the GF + vegan chocolate cake for dessert, which was delicious. We also enjoyed watching a surf competition while dining. It's a great option for vegan families!

First time I visited this location was 3 years ago. Food was great then, almost better now. Due to covid (and staff limitations) they have made some changes to their processes.
We ordered at the counter, got our number, and got a table. We ordered garlic bread with cheese, cesar salad, husband had the special (didn't get a photo), and i had the fettuccine Alfredo. Service was quick, food came out hot. Highly recommended.

I would say this is a Must Go if you’re visiting Maui. There’s a lot of good food on Maui, but it’ll definitely be worth burning one of your limited number of meals at Fabiani’s. Service was excellent and friendly, and set up very efficient with order/pay at counter followed by table service for ordered items. Prices were very competitive for Maui. Food was par excellence. My only complaint is, while the menu isn’t humongous, there were TOO MANY good options and then there were dope specials that need consideration! Save room for dessert. The GF Peanut Butter cookie is excellent. I am not GF myself, but if you are this place is where it’s at. A member of our group has a sever gluten allergy and had many delicious choices here! Enjoy!!

After many years coming to Maui, we finally found Fabiani's. I wish we had known about it sooner.
Upon arrival you order at the counter, and pay at that time. After ordering, you get a number and find a table. This process is a little strange, but it seems to work for them.
Our food arrived quickly, along with bread for the table, which we had to ask for.
I had the Braised Short Rib, which came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. My wife had the Fettuccini Alfredo. Both dishes were very good, with ample proportions.
The staff we interacted with were all friendly and attentive.
This will not be our last visit here.

Loved the food and the drinks! The ravioli with vodka sauce was delicious! It doesn't come with a lot of veggies, so we asked them to add onions and mushrooms to it.
We also ordered the veggie pizza which was delicious. It was a thin crust pizza with plenty of veggies.

Excellent pizza and Teresa had spaghetti. All was excellent! No longer have wait staff. You order, pay, get a number and you can seat outside, or inside or takeout. I like full service especially when out to eat and on vacation but it seems to work. They are no longer open for breakfast which is sad because they were great! You will like it here!

TRY THE HOUSE SALAD!!! I've already been here a couple of times since arriving in Maui and it's been excellent each time! The first night it was my in-laws birthday and the waitress was very nice and attentive; the food was great and we decided that we'd order some treats to take home. Right before leaving our server brought my mother in law a macaron (local POG flavour which was so tasty) as a birthday treat, it was such a nice way to top off a great meal! Since then I've been back a couple times because the house salad is simply amazing and the peanut butter bomb is so good it's ridiculous!!

Friends know I'm a pizza snob, always on the lookout for the next big crust in my life since in the end it's about the chew, texture, and how it all comes together rather than toppings. This place is a find that we keep coming back to at least once per trip. They do thin crust right. They do calzones right. They even make a decent cannoli. And even though fruit on a pizza is a sin against God IMHO 😉, I decided to try the "Mauian" this time since the thought of Kahlua pork as my protein sounded appropriately yummy. Even the simple side salad is kicked up with toasted/candied macadamia nuts that are so yum. Finished with a cocoa dusted cannoli. And the best part, always a reasonable bill... 😊

Need to bring back happy hour to the tables, not just the bar. Families with kids cannot sit at the bar so are excluded based on that? Shouldn't be penalized.

Food is wonderful though

Fabiani's starts off super casual, as in, order up front at the counter and then take a table with a number on a stick. And then the food arrives. Ours was simply amazing for such a charming and simple place. One of us had the clams and linguini. Clams arrive from off island (no clams on Maui) every other day and they are super fresh and abundant. The sauce is fantastic, and did I tell you about how many fat clams were in the bowl? The other of us started with excellent beef carpaccio and then spotted the osso buco (which I did not even know they served) and it was exquisite. Lots of falling-off-the-bone meat and plenty of marrow in a great sauce. This place was such a surprise. Maui has a lot of meh places but also a bunch of real sleepers like this place (see also, Nutcharee's Thai (!), and Oao sushi in Wailea (!)). We sat outside on a cheap table and loved the atmosphere with great recorded music (no reggae for a change). Please visit this place if you enjoy classic Italian-American food.

Decided to try this place while on vacation with my kids. So glad we did! The food was delicious! Everyone enjoyed their meals and I appreciated the vegan options. The staff was incredibly friendly as well! Would definitely recommend

Had a hand full of meals, all very good. Can be busy, but that's to be expected with great food. With allergy options for the wife.

Absolutely delicious! We had garlic bread, 4 cheese ravioli and chicken parm and they were all very tasty. Highly recommend this place if you are in the mood for Italian while in Hawaii. Also, good for family's. They even have a play area for the kids but it is outside away from the dining experience which is a major plus in my (married no kids) opinion 👍😁.
