This pharmacy is locally family owned and operated as well as pharmacist owned which made me feel confident when reviewing my specific needs while creating a treatment plan. Wailea People & Paws has all the products and resources for any age and condition. When formerly the ability to receive prescriptions in a timely manner became untenable; my doctor suggested Wailea People & Paws. Not only do they make sure I understand all that I need to about my medication, any further questions are allayed as well. This pharmacy is full of aloha. Everyone working here is always so friendly and helpful. They bend over backwards to make sure you get what you need at the best price, and in a timely manner. The fact that we get to support a family-owned and operated business here on Maui is a huge bonus!!

This is a great locally own pharmacy. They are fast, extremely helpful, and know who you are. They have been super helpful with some complicated situations. There are not many places like this anymore. Pure Aloha.

Absolutely love the staff at this high performing pharmacy. Prescriptions are called in easily, customer service is always attentive and helpful. Emily helped me decide on certain supplements to help with sleep and digestion. You can't go wrong by stepping into this one of a kind Mom and Pop pharmacy that goes way beyond your expectations. Each staff member greets you with smiles and aloha. If they don't have a supplement in stock they are eager to order it for you and will arrive in 2-3 business days. Stop by and tell your family and friends. Conveniently located next to Monkeypod in the Wailea Gateway Center. This is my all-around favorite pharmacy!

Going to Wailea People and Paws Pharmacy, is not just a “to do” or an errand -it is an experience. The same way that the pharmacist personally took the time to explain all of my medicines and answer any questions, it is more than apparent that the same level of insight, knowledge and care have been applied to hand selecting each and every items in their store. It is truly a beautiful space. I was very impressed by the excellent quality and variety of vitamins, essential oils, skin care and anti-aging products. You only have to spend a minute or two in their pharmacy to know - and feel- that wellness and quality care for their customers is at the heart of everything that they do.

People and Paws is a wonderful, amazing family run Pharmacy. I am so delighted and thrilled I found them! It is so special to support and do business with small businesses instead of behometh chains and corporations. It is a gift and a blessing in this day and age to be able to have that personal connection with the owners and their wonderful staff. And to feel genuinely cared about when asking important personal questions.The owners are present with great eye contact, and big beautiful genuine smiles. They also carry hard to find fantastic quality products at competitive prices. Once I finish everything I have purchased on mainland I will shop there from now on for all my supplements. This insures that products will be fresh, high quality and not expired. I have had so many expensive supplements cook in my mailbox too, not to mention whatever it is subject to in route, and the time it takes to get it. CHECK THEM OUT!

I have never used a pharmacy where the Pharmacist makes more of an effort to interact and speak knowledgably about my medication. They aren't just filling orders. They give advice and suggestions for supplements based on their own experience too. I drive 30 minutes from Wailuku when I live right next to 2 pharmacies. They feel more like good friends then my Pharmacist!

Great Customer Service, very friendly, and caring. It is refreshing to find a pharmacy that makes you feel like you can ask anything and get informed answers. Their selections of supplements is the best in Maui. You can even find a great selection for your furry friends.

Wailea People and Paws Pharmacy and the staff are a *know you on a first name basis* kind of place. The turnaround for getting my scripts filled is great and they have a variety of products for hair, skin, vitamins, etc (none of which I’ve been disappointed with) and brands you won’t find at Longs or Safeway. I avoid the other places if I can and just come here. Highly recommend.

The service! Unlike local chain pharmacies, I feel like the most important customer People and Paws has, as does every customer. When I have had questions regarding my prescriptions, or over-the-counter drugs, I have always received a fast, helpful answer. Everyone is so helpful. People there go above and beyond to help. They carry tons of locally made products too.

Amazing team that is very kind and professional. 20x better than longs drugs. Emily and Rachelle were super kind. After waiting 2 hours a Longs so glad I had the script transferred here.

We are in Maui for vacation (Italy) and we went to this pharmacy because my daughter had a bad eye irritation.They assisted us extremely well, nicely and gave us perfect medicines. Great place!

The staff and owners are so friendly and personable. They take the time to listen and offer solutions. During COVID, they were so on top of getting testing done quickly, where it didn't take up ALL MY DAY. I was in and out in less than an hour with Results.
