I only ended up using this storage facility for a handful of months but let me tell you, it’s a lifesaver having something this affordable IN Charlottesville. They honored their online pricing deal for a few months and even after that expired, it was still very affordable for how close it was!

Denise and (his name escapes me I’m so sorry) the man who I saw today about closing my unit were awesome!

Great experience - I had my belongings here at two different times and for lengthy periods (over a year) in a temperature controlled unit. Chris and the staff were great to work with- kind, responsive, organized. Nothing but good things to say about their customer service. Highly recommend. They made the process of moving in and out easy and enjoyable.

If you're looking for extra space, Charlottesville Self Storage on Avon St is the place you need to go. They accommodated me short notice and even notified me of a larger available unit when I originally was supposed to get something smaller. My unit was clean, well lit, and I had access whenever I needed it. Management is super friendly and easy to work with. Even available by phone during non-business hours. Highly recommended.

Simply superb. I didn't even have to close the account when I moved out. The next day they sent me the close out receipt, unprompted. Not a surprise from people who also noticed within 5 hours one time that I accidenally left the unit unlocked. The teaming with Student Services (ow whatever the moving outfit is called) was also a big benefit when I relocated from one apartment in town to another.

I have had storage space there for the past 4 years. I was impressed about the cleanliness of the facility and grounds when I moved in and I have not been disappointed. The facility is highly maintained and the management is great, especially Chris. The facility is located off of Avon and very convenient. You would not be disappointed.

They were wonderful to deal with! Short notice to move in and was clean and well maintained. No worries about safety of storage. Always pleasant to talk to and if storage ever needed again wil use. Highly recommend.

The bees knees. Hauling and storing the discarded and unwanted detritus of your imploding family always tends to suck. Cville Self storage have been maybe my best experience- ever- with maintaining a storage unit: and I've had more than most. Thank y'all.

Great customer service and facilities!

The owner knows what he's doing. Facility is clean and pleasant. The fact that it's apparently located next to a police station and in a relatively semi-rural area makes it all the more reassuring.

Easy and convenient self-storage. The owner is nice and the prices aren't too bad. If I am ever in need of a storage unit in the future I will be back.
