The food was cooked fresh, took a little time but it was WORTH IT!! Very yummy, the restaurant was quiet, clean, and the customer service was GREAT!! Enjoyed this visit!

Having the Giant fish sandwich with butterfly shrimp and Mac& cheese right now, Hot and tasty. This place was clean and fast service. Staff very friendly and polite. Can't miss.

I’ve been visiting this captain D’s location for quite a while and have never had such friendly and welcoming customer service but today, Deloris in the drive thru was so sweet and kind. Hope she stays at this location for a while! Great service, Deloris!

Great food great service great people the food sometimes late at night isn't as hot as it should be but if you go around lunch time it's phenomenal and for the price you really can't be that you can get the sampler and it comes with hush puppies and a piece of fish to chicken and 2 sides

They were extremely busy. So pleased that tge lady at the drivethru was so nice and friendly even though it was a holiday and they were swarmed. Our food was great and they got our order and even all of our sauces correct! We were pleasantly surprised. And our deluxe seafood platters were awesome!! Will definitely come back to this Captain Ds when in the area. Thank you for a great experience and for getting everything right the 1st time as busy as yall were at the time! Hubby says everything was great. He especially loved your Mac and cheese and he's picky! Only recommendation is shrimp is a lil hard. Maybe batter fry them instead. But still good.

Consistent polite service for years.
The food is made relatively quickly for the type of dishes. On very rare occasions the can be a slight wait of a few minutes but it's well within reason.
Never got a bad meal, always cooked well and completly.

Shout out to The manager Brandon because he made my food so good today. It was so fresh and i ordered through doordash so i wasnt expecting it to be so hot . i loved evry bit of it thank you so much. I had to call the store after i ate it to find out who cooked it. Thank you Brandon.

Just came through the drive thru and got 2 #3s and a large sweet tea... From the fast friendly service to the wonderfully fresh food and amazing tea I couldn't of asked for a better experience! The lovely woman at the window was so nice. And gave me extra malt vinegar THANK YOU!

What can you say about Captain D's love battered fish. Hot fresh cooked order the young lady at the counter was very nice and polite thank you. The inside of the restaurant was decorated beautifully and clean. We enjoyed our dinner thank you you need to stop there you won't be disappointed

Ordered their special. It was made fresh on the spot. Service was good. I did have to wait a good 20-30 minutes for the order as it was busy.

5 stars all around! The Customer Service is just great the employees are always nice and never skip a beat. The food is delicious! I just moved from Ohio and this is one of my favorite places to eat. Everything is always so fresh and you get healthy portions too! I never liked hush puppies at other fish restaurants but I don't know what they do here because I love the way they make them here! Good Job!

I had previously had a bad experience at this Capt Ds, and had provided a bad review. I’m proud to say that they have now redeemed themselves! Although they do seem slightly understaffed, Leah is new, and doing a great job!!! Thank you for the great lunch and the wonderful service today. You earned the 5 stars today! Keep it up!

Food and service were great. meal portions have gotten a little smaller over the last year or so. Not a real problem for me but wish they would increase coleslaw size.

Finally took the plunge and drove through. We WILL be back. The battered fish was fantastic. I could have eaten it without tarter sauce. The green beans were very flavorful. Cole slaw, meh. Next time I will get 2 sides of the green beans. There will definitely be a next time.

I recently visited the Tyndall Parkway location and Linda was the best. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was near closing time and she had the best attitude, even after my husband yelled in her ear in the drive thru lol sorry again! We’ll definitely be back. Thanks again for your excellent customer service. GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE! :D
