Bay Front Apartments

We’ve been living here for seven years now and wouldn’t trade a minute. The views are breathtaking. The sunsets and sunrises are so serene. We wouldn’t trade living right on the water for anything in the world🌴 I’ve always dreamed of growing up in New Jersey to be so fortunate. We love our apartment the staff is wonderful, and so professional. This is my second time living here at Bay Front. I love it!!! I chose to move back here mainly because of the staff and home feeling I get living here. I have moved several times over the years due to jobs and just life. When choice came to where I wanted to go I chose Bay Front. The office manager and owner both remembered me from 2008 and welcomed me home. Ratings are beyond for me..

If you enjoy living on the water half as much as I do, you'll love it here.

The apartment complex was perfect for me, in a quiet location and only about 10 min from base. The manager, Ms. Roberts, was extremely helpful and always took care of me if anything came up!

I had the pleasure of renting one of their townhouses for several months while in town on a contracted job. Ms. Katrina was always so very nice and helpful. Always had a good time talking with her. Got to meet Ms. Crews who is also extremely nice! the Apartment complex was always very neat and clean as were the apartments I looked at before deciding on the townhouse. The townhouse was fantastic all the way around... from the upkeep to the location! even their 2 maintenance men were wonderfully nice! I'd recommend this place to anyone... Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I don't think I could suggest a better place for apartments living than Bay Front. I have never lived in an apartment that had such a friendly staff from the owner, to the office, to maintenance. Such a beautiful place too. Very quiet. The location on the bay offers such a picturesque view almost all day everyday. I fished the bay every single day and caught fish every single day. As a Doordasher in Panama City having been to all available rental properties in the city, this is by far the top of the line of affordable apartment living in regards to cleanliness and an overall feeling of safety and comfort.
WARNING: Make sure to have a fishing license if you fish the property. The law does patroll the are regularly and they will check for licenses.

Been living here for years. Nice, clean and the management is great. They always make sure you're taken care of. Maintenance is awesome. They're fast to respond and do a good job. I've enjoyed living here.
