This place was hit hard by Michael, but its residents seem to be in high spirits! There has been a few vacant mobile homes repaired available to lease, as well as a few for sale as is, empty lots for rent, etc.

It's a wonderful place my father-in-law lives here and my fiance and I stay with him I give a five stars I stay at 420 North lot36

Nice and quiet

Just laid back

Before Hurricane Michael tortured the town of Callaway and damaged nearly every home here, this was a really nice mobile home community. The individual lots are roomy, affordable, and surrounded by trees and quiet culdesacs. Remodeling and repair seem to be underway now, which is great news for the large number of citizens currently misplaced and in need of a home.

I like the private lots and it's in a wooded area. That's something hard to find since Hurricane Michael took a vast majority of the trees in our area.

This place is full of mold ...they don't fix things ..the neighbors are the so called license workers (mold repair)and they really rude the property manage that is
