Great ice cream and sorbet. We got a two scoop with both coconut flavors and another with pineapple sorbet and macadamia nut ice cream. Both were fantastic combinations. A lot of shops around to visit while finishing our deserts :)

Lappers has terrific and flavorful ice cream. The nene tracks is the best! I also appreciate how they charge the true price for items on the menu and don’t ask for tips.

We came here for some ice cream and it really did hit the spot! Great quality ice cream that they serve! We also ordered an iced vanilla latte and it honestly turned out better than I thought it would. The employees seemed a bit confused while making our coffee / maybe they didn’t know how to use their espresso machine. But overall great place and would definitely recommend it.

Delicious! Best ice cream I’ve had in a while, and I love the unique local flavors. Ube Haupia, Lilikoi sorbet, Nene tracks, and lychee sorbet were some of our favorites.

We got the “can’t decide” option (five half-scoops in a waffle bowl for about $10), and it was perfect.

Edit: we went back four times in five days. It’s THAT good. Make sure to try Banana Fudge, Aunt Lilikoi’s sorbet, NeNe Tracks, and coconut pineapple!

Very good and creamy ice cream. I had the Saddle Up Sundae..yummmmmmmmy!! It was so delicious! The Ooey Gooey Pineapple cake ice cream is a must try, so very good!!

I love the options from local ingredients! Delicious ice cream and sorbet to choose from!

The staff was beyond helpful. Kasa(?) let me sample some flavors and gave me her own recommendations as well. Both employees behind the counter were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products and flavors. I ordered two sorbet flavors as well as an iced coffee and shortbread cookie. When my husband asked if they had a sugar free flavoring for his iced coffee, the staff admitted they did not have any, but went so far as to suggest places nearby that would! We were so surprised that they were so helpful as to even send us some where else if they didn’t have what he needed. It didn’t matter though as we went ahead and ordered his coffee sans flavoring anyway— how could we not with such service??
Overall an excellent experience in customer service. I will certainly be back next time we are on the island. Stop here and indulge— you won’t regret it!

Lappert's is great! If you're a coconut lover, their coconut ice cream is SO creamy and feels like you are getting punched in the mouth by a coconut in the best way. Enjoy it in a waffle cone basking in the sun on a chair outside and thank me later.

Amazing fresh Ice cream! Try out the Berube Volcano! That's Kaui Pie on the bottom and Rainbow sorbet on top! The sorbet comes down the volca like lava and melts all the ground! The sorbet has passion fruit, raspberry and coconut. The kaui pie has the Kona coffee ice cream , hawaiian macadamia nuts, shredded lightly toasted coconut, and rich chocolate fudge! The flavor combination of those two will BLOW YOUR MIND! Don't believe me ? Try it for yourself! They also have great coffee and other deserts but the ice cream is top notch!

Chad is a fantastic employee that made us two incredible secret menu artisan drinks; the Lasso and a Chad special.

Pro tip:
Try the carrot cake. The cream cheese frosting is a light and fluffy whip.

Not going to share how many times we ate here on our trip….but it is soooo rich and delish. My favorite flavors are the nene tracks and the campfire! Much cheaper than other ice cream places too. Some nights they only have 1 person scooping so it takes a long time.

2 kind staff decided to tag team and help me out. I tend to be difficult at times, I made a side comment and handed them 32% cash tip to split between the 2 of them. Their single scoop is the size of a condiment container/table spoon size, so don’t be surprised! I bought a dozen cookies and butter bar and muffins. I only got to try the coconut muffins, they were great! Ice cream was good! Check and go give them a try!

Kauai pie latte was very rich and delicious. Husband had the nene tracks ice cream shake - heavy, but worth the calories. We also got the chocolate chip cookie and the brownie. The huge chunk of the brownie was THICK & DELISH.

Super friendly and excellent service with the best ice cream on the island!! I also tried a latte because coffee smelled so fresh and I heard how much better it is than Starbucks. Katie helped my Mom ( she tried a sherbet!) And I had the peanut butter... FYI summer is coming so get used to waiting in lines because this place is super popular but worth the wait!

Inside this highfalutin mall full of garish shops sits Lappert's ice cream and I had a lovely experience enjoying my two scoops of Heavenly Hana on this particularly warm Tuesday.

The prices are about 2$ higher than I would like to have paid, but compared to everything else available around it, it's a pretty good deal and was delightful.

My father had the Peanut Butter Cups and Fudge, and said he "enjoyed it, five stars."

Great ice cream. The nene tracks, kauia pie, and macadamia nut were all really good! Best ice cream we have had in Maui.

There waffle cones are huge and made fresh. They have a big variety of ice cream flavors to choose from. Coffee is great too!
