Willow Stream Spa

It was a very relaxing place. My therapist was incredibly knowledgeable about massage and the island of Maui. She really was pleasant to talk to and made the 2 hrs fly by!
I did the Hawaiian experience. Best money spent. I would recommend this for any special occasion.

First spa I've been to on Maui and it didn't disappoint. Me and the wife got the couples lomi-lomi package off of groupon. Our masseuses were very nice and you could tell they knew what they were doing. I was worried going in because I had a raging sunburn but they assured me that they see it basically every day and they were very accommodating to my comfort level. After the massages we then spent another hour and a half using the steam rooms and showers. They let you use the spa services for the whole day, you can even leave and come back later. I say book your appointment as early as possible, when it's much more private in the steam rooms and such. We felt like the 1%ers. 10/10

Although I wish the mens room had the different types of showers as the womens room. But the mens room does have a sauna that the womens do not. *shrugs*

Outstanding spa and personnel. My wife and I experienced the 90 minute couples stress relax package. Highly recommended for those of you with upper back muscle issues/ trigger points in your shoulders, medial scapular area and trapezius muscles. A request for April and Katie would be highly advised. The spa also has very nice ancillary facilities consisting of various types of showers, steam rooms, saunas, etc. We will definitely return on our next trip.

I had a 90 minute LomiLomi massage today and it was outstanding. Corina was an absolute joy to work with. The facilities are amazing, and 90 minutes felt like 15 :-). Be sure to enjoy a shower in the spa before you leave. You won't be sorry.

Everyone in this spa is a treasure and the team is stellar! The facilities are clean and the services are restorative. I enjoyed everything that I had the opportunity to experience, from the lounges to the scrub, the facial to the steam rooms.

We decided to end our trip here (despite it wasn't the hotel we were staying at nearby).

After 9 days of sun, beach, pool, hiking, exploring this was a great experience. The facial was so calming and relaxing. My partner and I left the massage saying "oh so that's what a really good massage feels like."

Kinda a bummer you can't use the pool facility but having the love seats with foot stools made for a great way to spend a day catching up on work emails with some treatments in between.

Would highly recommend.

Hubby and I enjoyed a couples "awa" massage during our stay at the Fairmont. We had never had something so indulgent and it was very worth it! We felt so amazing and exfoliated after. The staff were friendly and everything felt clean. The experience showers were fun to try as well! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place! We ended our stay on the island by getting massages here and enjoying the amenities.

I strongly recommend the services.....they were so good and professional. If you are staying in the resort - check out the amenities. You can enjoy saunas, steam rooms, and great amenities for a reasonable price - all day!

Really great experience even with covid precautions. My wife's massage was a but too rough, so just speak up as I'm sure they would've adjusted. Their shower experiences were a nice addition.

Absolutely surpassed my expectations. Had a deep tissue massage and would rate this experience in the top 2 beast massages. Katie knew exactly what areas to work on to relieve my tension and knots on my back.

The Willow Stream Spa in Maui at the Fairmont is super! Great range of treatments were available and service exceptional. Treatments were targeted to my needs and unlike other treatments at other resorts. Highly recommend this spa!

Haven’t had a facial in years. Try the Hydro facial. It was phenomenal. And the massage was great to.

Great spot and was treated well. Personal very nice! Pricey but it’s high season. Loved my treatment.

Wonderful services amazing staff

I cashed in my Aeroplan points and used them at this spa for a Men's Foot Grooming and Men's Hand Grooming. Michelle looked after me both times. I was more interested in the Men's Foot Grooming as I can't do that myself. Michelle did an excellent job: I am almost reliving the experience as I write this review. I made use of the steam room and the sauna—a great place to relax. The day I was there for the Men's Foot Grooming the women at the front desk had the aloha spirit.
