Bay Oaks Village II MHC

I have recently move to the panhandle of Florida . I was searching for a home for my family and I I came across a mobile home park stopped in and spoke with Stacy and she was absolutely amazing she helped me purchase my own home . I am excited to start this new journey with my family . The park is super quiet and clean . Very impressed . Thanks again Stacy you are amazing !!!

Great small family community. That is now very well-maintained. Quiet area near all stores and shopping and Tyndall Air Force Base.

Just bought two units and it is worth cleaning them up and using for rentals in this market

Was interested in BUYING cash money not one but Two properties to remodel but the Roches and other bugs and rats are just too horrible. Not worth the 51 dollar background check and 550 dollar lot rent. Holly hell scum lords!

I wouldnt move into any of these neighborhoods owned by parakeet, they have poor management, we are not allowed to do anything or have anything, i want a portable basketball goal and im told no because its DISTRUBING THE PEACE thats a joke, kids are not allowed to be kids here, oh and they also make you pay there property taxes along wirh rent

For the money that is spent on lot rent you think they would be better road upkeep. Too many little things they nit pick about.
