Sweet Margaret

Sushi was on the menu today and it didn’t disappoint! I also ordered a slice of the Oreo /snickers cake. It was very good. The sushi is in the background. (Didn’t get a chance to take a picture of it.) Thank you Sweet Margarets. You can tell when an establishment actually cares about quality and taste of food. This one is it!

Certainly a GEM in the community! The small boxed meals are packed with authentic home-style flavors. The variety of toppings for Teas are so refreshing. The dessert selections are overwhelmingly delicious. The pastries are so good and lightly sweetened, one is never enough. I can't wait to visit again.

One of the best spots in Potsdam! Amazing macarons and smoothies and so many treats to choose from! Beautifully decorated and the owner is so kind and welcoming. Always puts a smile on my face going here and can’t wait to return many more times!

I’ve always walked past this place and wondered if it was ever open! I got lucky today and took my girls in and we are SO excited to now know of a boba place and a place where I can get red bean paste boas that remind me of my time in Hawaii!

the owner’s husband is a professor at one of the local colleges and he’s been bringing in her deserts for his class for years; Sweet Margaret is delicious and made with care as those associated are truly caring individuals.

The owner is a delightful women! All of her staff is incredibly kind. Everything she makes either melts on your tongue or is extremely savory. I love spending my weekends here. The interior is cute and trendy with a lovely turquoise, white, brown, and pink color palette. I recommend that everyone stops in and tries at at least one of her items. Tea lovers must stop by to sit down and have some lovely tea. I'm a big fan of her hot rose oolong tea.

Really delicious treats! Not too sweet, but creamy and fresh. Loved the ambience of the shop. The wonderful, kind, and friendly owner Margaret served us. Won't hesitate to go back.

Excellent baked goods from not one but two local Potsdam businesses. Also has delicious bubble tea. Her macarons are quite nice, and I have also had awesome brownies there from another bakery, Kat's Confections. Happy to have this in the North Country.

This is a hidden gem in Potsdam! My friends and I stopped in for the sushi boxes, (which were amazing!) and we also picked up some of the best Macarons I've ever tried! Do yourself a favor and get to Sweet Margaret now!

Very welcoming and kind people!! The macaroons truly are the best thing I’ve had! Also the cream puffs are to die for!! Everything is home made and delicious! Prices are good too! I will definitely become a regular at this place! Can’t wait to go back!

Best bakery in Potsdam. Her food is all homemade and delicious. Try to get the items fresh before they hit the display case if you can. Also, calling ahead is really helpful cause they can get backed up. We go all the time and never regret it!!

I love this little place! It's a Canton hidden gem. Try the wonton soup, it is absolutely fantastic. So were the scallion pancakes. I haven't had a chance to try everything yet, but I make it my solemn mission to do so. There are a couple small tables to sit at, and it's a perfect spot for a light meal. Highly recommend.

We tried one of every flavor macaron.. loved them all! Absolutely delicious. The salted caramel are my personal favorite. I look forward to going back for more sweet treats.

Some of the best customer service I've seen was here. The baked goods are amazing, and the tea is some of the best I've had. My girlfriend and I come here often and plan to come plenty more times.
