She is so compassionate and takes the time to listen and help you the best She can in getting you in or what your options are. Thank you Cindy!

Excellent experience! The clinic called me back to schedule an urgent follow up appointment to determine if I needed referral to a specialist. I physically could not fill out the intake forms and also had to bring my 2yo son along. I was so anxious going in, but thankfully, because I called ahead and made my needs known and showed up half an hour early, the office made accommodations for me. The receptionist helped me fill out my paperwork and the nurses even entertained my son while I was getting a dressing change. Dr. Regina Carpenter has an excellent bedside manner and immediately put me at ease. She went above and beyond with her diagnostic skills. Although I only came in for an injury, she immediately noted several issues during her exam and I was astounded that she then asked me very pertinent questions about my medical history with the intent of listening and addressing my care, whereas the PCMs that I have previously been assigned to at civilian clinics have brushed me off about my concerns or never looked up from their computer to actually examine me, so I went into this appointment reticent and reluctant to bring anything up. I'm glad that I was wrong! We agreed on a follow up appointment so Dr. Carpenter can discuss my history and manage my preventative care moving forward. I am not used to being treated like a human being by PCMs so I was really taken aback by the high standard of care I received from Dr. Carpenter and the nurses. It must have been challenging for the office dealing with me not being able to corral my child at all times during the exam since I only have the use of one hand, which is why they have the rule in place about supervision of kids under 10 at all times, but they were very understanding and I appreciate everyone's efforts to help me during my visit. I also think that it's awesome that the staff are allowed to wear scrubs or casual clothes, because my son is scared of white coats and he got really upset seeing me get the flu shot, so the more casual clothes help put the kids at ease. I also noted, just sitting in the waiting room, that the other pediatric providers are very kind towards the kids that were coming in and the kids were giving their pediatricians hugs after their visits. Although we miss my son's pediatrician so much, I am totally confident that we will receive excellent care at Guthrie Ambulatory Health Care/ Guthrie Army Medical Home moving forward!

I had an excellent time here. Appointments were easy to schedule, if your doctor isn’t available they will find a spot with another- as soon as possible, which is super helpful. Every issue I was having I got individual referrals for. My doctor (Dr. faith Moore), was great at follow up calls. Gave me everything I needed and always listened. So sad to have left Fort Drum!

Great service by the healthcare staff. Very friendly and professional they care about your care and I do love that. I don’t feel rushed and the doctors and RN’s listen and go beyond in some situations to assist with my care. I am grateful.

Great patient care and health services. We've been using Guthrie as our primary and specialty care facility for many years. The staff is always friendly and I've never had to wait long for an appointment, even during COVID.

I have never received better care in any clinic, civilian or military. They actually listen to you and trust that you know your body and your children's body enough to take what you have to say (without cutting you short of speaking) and figure out what's going on. Not to mention, it's not always being sick that's the issue. I have several ongoing situations that my PA and nurses invested time in hearing one by one and provided the best treatment and referral options right then and there, without rushing through my appt. All that and yet I've not had to wait beyond my appt time to be taken back longer than a moment for our Drs to come in to see us. If I could give their incredible care, respect, guidance and treatment options 1000 stars I would! They, without doubt, go above and beyond. My family is incredibly grateful.

I have been going to this clinic for 2 years. I have had 2 issues with 1 doctor and it got resolved. Other than that I have had great experiences every time I have gone. I get there and the wait times is no longer than any other place I have been. Of course like every business it has it's bad things here and there but over all it has been pretty good for me and my family

• The staff is phenomenal
• Rx staff is always helpful and nice and patient
• The Red team and Blue team idea is really original and works.
• The wait time is not long at all (if you have an appt) I've not been their without. But I know they squeeze you in if you really need it.
• The leaders that run Gutherie keeps the whole staff is high spirits. Their very professional.
• The physical therapy is awesome too.

Had a wonderful experience today working with Kim Ferguson in appt. section. Not often where someone makes you feel "they are on your team" Kim was able to move my appt up and did so very pleasantly. Thank you Kim, I wish all my contacts with folks whose job it is to help, can be as nice as you.
