This office is very welcoming and friendly. The dentist is the one cleaning my teeth and visits with me. I never feel he's rushing through the procedures. Dr. Ruff is funny and personal. I've been going here for 2 years and it's been a wonderful experience every time.

Dr Ruff is extremely competent. I had a filling today and even the shot to numb me did not hurt. He is always very personable, willing to answer any questions, and I have always had a good experience and outcome when going to see him. I would highly recommend Dr Ruff as a dentist!

Dr. Ruff is the best dentist I have ever had in my nearly 60 years of life! Whether you are young or old, Dr. Ruff will make you feel respected and at ease. He is very personable and explains technical dental information in an easy-to-understand manner. He has outstanding problem-solving skills. He was the only dentist who resolved my inflamed gum issue (and I’ve been to many dentists). He thinks outside the box to determine the best treatment approach for the patient. He is honest and compassionate. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ruff and his helpful staff!

My kids and I recently moved from MN. We were in search of a dentist. We feel very fortunate to have found Highland Meadows Dental. Dr. Ruff and his staff are wonderful. They have made me and my family feel very comfortable. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out and the staff was amazing. She was extremely anxious. Dr Ruff and Lisa took the time to discuss everything with her and make her feel completely at ease. Dr Ruff is exceptional at regional analgesia! She didn’t even flinch.

Dallas took great care of me during my procedure as well! And my son’s experience was just as good!

I've been visiting Dr Ruff since I was a young kid and he has consistently provided me excellent care with general cleanings and X-rays, wisdom tooth removal, and Invisalign. It is evident he strives to keep his facility up to date with the latest and greatest dental equipment and his staff always are friendly and helpful. I now travel from out of state just to see the team every 6 months!

Dr. Michael Ruff has been my dentist since 2014. In fact, even though I now live in Denver, I still make the hour drive up to Windsor to see him. Time and again, he has bent over backwards to give me excellent customer service. He is a dentist with integrity and he knows his profession. As well, I like him as a person and appreciate his levelheaded demeanor. I am grateful to be under his care.

I would extremely recommend Dr. Michael Ruff and his team at Highland Meadows Dental. I used to work there as an office assistant as my first job, so I can say first hand that everyone is extremely professional but they also have very big hearts. Doc will take time to get to know all of his patients personally and form a connection instead of just shuffling patients through like cattle. He is an amazing guy and a great friend of mine. I highly recommend his practice to anyone seeking a quality dentist that will form a personal connection with them.

Just had a root canal with Dr. Ruff. It was actually painless minus the small pinch when the Novocaine was given. Great staff and if you haven't seen a dentist for a while Dr. Ruff wont lecture you. He will see where you are at and work with you from there. I recommend Dr. Ruff with no reservations. Also, how can you not trust a dentist who is the official dentist of a hockey team (Colorado Eagles)?

We were visiting our daughter's family in Windsor, My husband's partial cracked & a huge part fell loose! Thankfully, we had randomly driven past just the day before & happened to notice Highlands Meadow Dental! I called & Dr Ruff said, "Yes, we'll see him. Can he come on over now?!" Within a short time he saw my husband & one of his staff was on her way to deliver partial for repair! By the following morning, my husband's partial looked like new & was fitted back into his mouth! Excellent service! Staff very professional while being friendly & reassuring! HIGHLY recommend!

This is an incredible dental office…ALL staff members are friendly and skilled with plenty of experience. Dr. Ruff is friendly, fun and an incredible dentist. The thing that I like most is that Dr. Ruff’s office can do the basic cleaning AND more complex procedures. I don’t have to be referred to another office for complex procedures because Dr. Ruff has the training and experience to take care of my dental needs. I drive 30 minutes to get to his office, and it is worth the drive.

Dr. Mike Ruff is an awesome dentist! He’s got a great sense of humor and has a fantastic bedside manner. Even when I went in for a root canal, I was not nervous with him. His dental hygienists and assistants are amazing as well.

Dr. Ruff has cured my fear of dentists. He is very gentle and his outgoing personality makes for a wonderful bedside manner.
I had 2 crowns done today. The appointment was painless from the numbing shots to putting on the temporary crowns.

Dr. Ruff and his team are excellent in all areas- always current with new technologies and procedures, and always very kind. He has been our family dentist for near 20 years, and being a patient who has needed much dental work done, I couldn’t ask for better.

What I enjoyed the most when I was a patient at Highland Meadows Dental was that the staff was very prompt and timely with appointments. I also found Dr. Ruff to very professional and he provided me with high quality dental care. If I didn't move out of Colorado I would have definitely continued to go here.
