Initial contact with Quality Auto was simply to make an introduction and get a feel for the business. It was a pleasure meeting Bruce and introducing him to my 17 year old son; he needed a new exhaust for his SUV when his self-installed cherry bomb failed... Bruce and Matt took really good care of him - that really impressed me.

Next my son wanted to use some of his summer job earnings to buy tires and rims. I told him to go down and talk to Bruce. Another great experience - they went above and beyond to meet our hectic schedule!

Unfortunately my sons truck has been in to see Bruce and Matt more than I'd like but hey, we "got a guy!" and that's really important to me.

We've developed a relationship built on mutual trust and their great, quality service. When our family needs automotive help we call Quality Auto Care and know we're in good hands. Thanks Fellas!

Brought my truck in for when the little flap on my capless gas cap bust off (dumbest design) but brought it there with no intentions of it being done that day. Just dropped it off early and said here’s the keys, no rush because like everywhere these days, places are super backed up. Dropped it off right when they opened at 7am on a Friday they initially said probably wouldn’t get to it til the following week which was totally fine. Got a call same day by noon the truck was done.

Good place, with good people working there. Just moved back into the area and if anything else goes wrong with my vehicles (hopefully not lol) or anyone I know, I’ll be referring them to this place.

Alway great service and a fair deal. The owner is a mechanical genius and a super nice guy. My cars only go to this shop.

Bruce was great. When I didn’t know the size of tire I needed he jumped in his car and ran down to check my car so I had the right kind in my van. It was him going the extra mile for me that I just dropped off my other vehicle to him 10 minutes ago to check out my power steering. I moved from a small town where everyone knows everyone and trusts anyone. I felt that way with dropping my car off at Bruce”s ship. I felt he would treat me fairly and with a competitive price. Bruce, thanks for helping out this girl who knows NOTHING about cars. I truly appreciate it!!

Bruce and his team at Quality Auto Care Center in South St. Paul are rare gems in the world of auto mechanics. They always provide prompt high-quality care of my car, whether I bring it in for an oil change or for a larger service. They never overcharge or suggest work that doesn't really NEED to be done (sadly, this is RARE!). They understand "business for the long-term," and know that, over time, honesty will bring them plenty of business. And they're really nice fellows, to boot! For years, I didn't know who to trust with my cars, so I am so relieved to have finally found someone I know who will do the job right and not charge more than the service that is necessary. Quality Auto Care was a life-saver, that's for sure! My husband and I were traveling from out of state and our windshield wiper quit working. After calling multiple auto care businesses, no one was able to help us. Quality Auto Care got us right in. Come to find out, all that happened was a screw fell off the windshield. They put the screw back on and did not charge us a cent. We were dumbfounded! Granted the work was minimal, but to not charge anything at all? That just doesn't happen in this world anymore. We were so blessed! Thank you Quality Auto Care!

Amazing Service! They have a fixed the exhaust on two different vehicles I've had in the past. On both services, the work they did was very good and their prices are amazing too. I really do tell people if they have any issues, head to Quality Auto Care and they will take care of you.

Been coming here for a while now and I have 2 vehicles. Prices are very reasonable. Bruce and his staff are fantastic and they are very honest and trustworthy when it comes to repairing and letting you know about other problems. He will only tell you if something is actually wrong with the car and not lie to get your money.

We started going to Bruce at Quality Auto about 5 years ago when we had an unfortunate incident with some electrical in one of our vehicles. Bruce explained what was wrong fixed it fast and reasonably. This place is like the old-fashioned family owned business where service and reputation matter. We consistently get honest advice, good price and walk away feeling confident. This is particularly important to me as a woman where I feel like I don't know much about cars and don't need to feel like an idiot or like I am about to be taken advantage of. I want to have my vehicle taken care of by someone who cares about their reputation. Bruce and his team do that consistently. Everytime. I drive out of my way to go here and it's worth it. I highly recommend this business to women.

Quality auto truly lives up to their name! Great service, wonderful crew, and reasonably priced. I taken my car there for many different issues and have never had a problem with them. Great customer service. The only thing that has ever upset me was when Matt shaved his beard.

Bruce and his team are honest, fair, and straight forward with their estimates, service, and opinions about whether a repair is worth doing. If they suggest that something be done to prevent a future issue while the part is accessible do it. It will save you time and money in the long run. I've had three vehicles repaired there and have been very satisfied with them.

Quality auto care center is one of the best places I have gotten work done for my car, the prices are super reasonable with the great quality of customer care. If you are looking for a good reasonable price with honestly mechanics you are choosing the right place to go to. Thank you Bruce for getting my Subaru ready for the winter season.

Heard a noise on my car while driving at highway speeds. Took it in, they found a piece of plastic hitting the wheel. Did not charge me a penny. Friendly and honest service!

We have brought our 2004 Subaru Outback into Quality Auto Care several times. We needed to have work done on a wheel bearing on the driver side and they honored the warranty even though we were a 1,000 miles over. I will take my car here again and again, how often do you actually find an HONEST car mechanic???

Both mechanics here are very nice....customer service is great! Price point is great! had a few times now with opsticals on our SUV but they stood by us and were amazing through it all!! Wouldnt go anywhere else with both our vehicles!! Thank you!
