Been going there for over 30+ years! When Terry passed away it broke my heart and I was very worried! but Arcadia and her partners have really kept the quality going and have even extended the hours so people like me who work all day can still enjoy the best steak and cheese subs around! R.I.P Terry your family's legacy is in good hands!

This was hands down the best tasting hoagie I have had in forever. I regret not ordering more. So good and highly recommend this place. The crew and owner are awesome people also.

I've been going to izzys for like 25 years. Was sorry to hear the cook/wner died and was afraid it would go under. But I've been back twice since it reopened and it's as good as ever. Hope to keep eating there for another 25 years.

Best Cheesesteak in SE Michigan. I've been coming here since they opened, and I hope an Izzy's cheesesteak with mushrooms and hot peppers is my last meal.

Great service, Great food, good people. The place is very well kept and much cleaner than in the past. Wait times are long because the demand is high due to the food being out of this world. There's 400 places to get lunch in town, and this is the best one of them all. 😊✌

Fish & Fries (chips) was 5* quality. Tried the coney dogs made with Dearborn Frank's and real coney chili, delicious 😋. As always the best cheesesteak hoagie around for miles and more miles.

Excellent Hoagies! Usually, there may be another selection like soup or other sandwiches. Just chips and fountain drinks available. This place is very popular, so be prepared to wait awhile at busy times! Calling ahead is advisable.

Had a great sandwich in there like I did for many many years. I was sad to hear that the owner passed away at the age of 52. What a shame, but still a great place.

I went here on vacation twice. Both times i went, the staff were super friendly, and they hoagies are awesome.

As someone who goes out looking for Philly cheesesteaks on a regular basis, I've has a lot of great sandwiches, but Izzy's has to be one of the best I've ever had. The steak was phenomenal, it absolutely hit the spot and is on the top of my Philly list for sure

We love coming here to feed our crew. They have a wide variety of offerings, and the cheese steaks are amazing! We are extremely lucky to have Izzy's Hoagie Shop this close to us.
