Mercedes-Benz Service

People there are kind, helpful, pleasant. I would recommend visiting this Mercedes service place. I would rate five out of five stars. My opinion, this is the best Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Detroit Michigan area. I have visited and used all of them for service.

I brought my car to Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor for a recall on the car and also for a software update. Dan Tolly was my service representative and I really appreciated the way he handled the whole experience. He made sure he stayed in touch with me throughout the repair and when anything came up he immediately went out of his way to make sure it was handled personally, professionally and perfectly! I really felt like he was an excellent representative for Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor. Thank you!

I have been getting GLC serviced through Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor and they do a great job each time. As always I had an exceptional interaction with the service crew and they did a great job with my car. They were courteous and communicative and made sure they answered all my questions and did a great job with the service my car needed. I will definitely go back. Recommend highly!.

When my car was flooded they drained it of water right away. They worked hard to try and save it. They protected my interests when the insurance company tried to tow it away prematurely. They were kind, courteous, and communicated right away. They have the customers best interest at heart. Great group of people. Excellent service.

I had a service appointment with Kan who went the extra mile to make sure my car was well taken cared of. After conducting a couple of test drives to identify the issue, Kan provided timely updates throughout the service process. Now my car performs better than it did the day I took delivery. I’m very happy with the dealership overall as I am a repeat customer. Kudos to Kan!

I have no intentions of going anywhere else for service on my Benz. Awesome team and service. My only disappointment is that Dan no longer works here anymore and has moved on to pursue other ventures.

Shawn service is hands down the best I’ve ever had at any dealership! His attention to detail and understanding of my needs helps me make informed decisions. He is the reason I’m willing to drive over an hour to service my R350!

Mercedes of Ann Arbor took good care of my 2003 S500 and took their time repairing my vehicle, ensuring that every issue was addressed. With an older vehicle, sometimes replacement parts are needed to keep the vehicle running smoothly. I am happy with the routine maintenance that was completed, as well as what was replaced or updated to make the car run like new. I purchased the vehicle brand new (20 years ago), and Mercedes of Ann Arbor still has my vehicle running exactly like it did 20 years ago. Thank you!

This is the best Mercedes-Benz dealership hands down No other dealership can compare in the metro area. I drive all the way from Eastpointe Michigan just to bring my car here. The staff is so polite and helpful here. I reached out to the dealership concerning an issue that I had with two of my new tires from When I purchased my car not to long ago. After I brought the car in for service it was found that two of the tires were defective So as a courtesy instead of just replacing two tires the replaced all four no charge. Talk about great customer service I mean what dealership does that and I mean they maid it more the right!! I Love the safe here… Susie, Louis, Matt & Shawn. If you’re looking for a great place to buy a Mercedes-Benz this is your place trust me you won’t go wrong dealing with this place from their sales team to the finance team to the service team Hands down I think they’re the best.

I absolutely adore the Mercedes Benz dealership that I had the pleasure of purchasing my first car from two years ago. I still remember my salesman, Kevin, who was such a kind and attentive person. He took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the car that was perfect for me. The dealership's customer service is unparalleled. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is one of the reasons why I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

First paid service (A3) on 2019 GLC 300 after warranty expired. The price was shockingly high, but the service was great. They reinstalled a mud flap that came off last winter without any additional charge. They also vacuumed and washed the car without my asking.

Shawn came through again. The best dealer in the area.
The staff is always professional. I don't remember the gentleman that always greets me when I bring my truck in for service. He is always very helpful.

I had bought my car from MB Ann Arbor and today l had good experience for my SUV's scheduled maintenance. Their staff is courteous and cooperative, comfortable waiting area, timely job completion, honest advice, and at competitive price. I would recommend M. Benz owners to try this place.

The service department at MB Ann Arbor did three things to earn the 5-stars:
1. Lots of convenient scheduling options
2. Understood what I wanted and communicated well with me
3. Completed the work by the time promised

Plus they are nice and the wifi works well and the coffee is good.

Having a car serviced is a total pain, but they do as much as they can to minimize the pain.

As always, my visit to Mercedes of Ann Arbor was a good experience.
Their skilled and courteous staff always diagnose and efficiently repair my Mercedes, keeping it in tip top shape. I will continue to depend on them for the maintenance of my Mercedes vehicles.

Very responsive - turned our vehicle around quickly for us! Even fixed a couple little extra things; really appreciated that. it was a positive experience.

New Review 09/14/23.....just received excellent service from the Service Department @ Mercedes of Ann Arbor. Kan (Service Manager) went above & beyond & put my faith back to Mercedes. Sout out to Kaitlynn as well. my 5th Mercedes S class - have had this one for 2-1/2 years - feels brand new. Thank you!!!!!

I had the Factory A Service completed at Mercedes Benz Ann Arbor. As usual, the staff was polite and accommodating and the service was completed in a timely manner. The waiting room was clean and the complimentary coffee was great.

Sharron was wonderful. Kind and listened to my concerns.Liam who sold me my car was just the kindest and took care of every detail and question I had. They always take care of me.
