We purchased a Paxton Sectional from Shari Grundy at the La-Z-Boy location in Maple Grove, MN the last week of December. Shari and the store manager David, did a great job with the sale and through the delivery process. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Best shopping experience I have ever had buying furniture. They have someone that comes to your home and then completes a 3D diagram of your space to insure all furniture fits. They also help sort out and narrow down coordinating fabric for all pieces. Then help to find a rug that fits with all of it. Very excited for it all to come in

I had the best experience ever! I got what I wanted, the color that I wanted and the comfort I was looking for without any sales pressure. My sales person. Shari Grundy was very helpful and provided me with some great suggestions.

John was friendly and knowledgable, greeting us when we arrived, answering our questions while giving my spouse and I time to talk on our own. He gave us a print out of specs and price. The next day he was helpful as we chose fabric.

We visited the Maple Grove store to purchase a chair for our nursery. I visited 2 times over 1 week, sat in about a hundred chairs, and had all of my questions answered in a calm (never pushy!) manner by David. We ended up ordering a custom chair which was an easy enough process. Can’t comment on the chair itself yet but the customer service was top notch. Thanks David!!

Shari was a wonderful salesperson! She provided great tips, provided many options, and has a terrific rapport! The store had a wide selection! Delivery guys did a terrific job too!!

Sherri (not sure if that is the correct spelling!) is by far the best salesperson I have ever encountered. Not one bit pushy, genuine, fun conversation, and beyond amazing with my three small children I brought along. Because of Sherri I wanted to buy specially from Lazy boy vs anywhere else because of the customer service. Thank you for your kindness!

David and Jonathan are both excellent to work with at this store. David had so much knowledge in the different chairs, what would fit us best, what chair would be best for our needs. Made the process so much easier than the bigger box stores.
Jonathan was also fantastic to work with on customer service and after sales, pleasant to talk to over the phone, and super helpful. Will buy again in the future.

John lunvac. (Not sure on spelling) was very helpful and patient. we were greeted immediately. He even rushed to open the door for my handicap mom. It was pleasant and very helpful. My stepmom was tickled pink with her purchase and with John, she commented that’s the kind of salesperson I like someone I can joke with.

Once again, EXCELLENT customer service by Shari!! She listened to what we wanted, gave us choices & helped us pick out the perfect recliner! If you need new furniture, make an appointment with Shari!! Absolutely the best!!

I can't say enough about the salespeople we worked with at Maple Grove. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. Would recommend doing a free in-home consultation for big purchases. Ellie, our in-home designer, did a fantastic job of coordinating fabrics and helping with the layout of our family room.

We had done some research and knew what we wanted to look at. Great help from Shari. Awaiting the arrival of our power reclining loveseat.

John was great to work with, along with the rest of the staff. I haven't received my furniture yet, so I cannot rate the product. The service so far has been wonderful.

We had a La-Z-Boy for almost 10 years and decided to go with something cheaper at Ashley. Just over a year later we realized that was a huge mistake. There is no replacing a La-Z-Boy. Maple Grove is a great store for your next or first purchase. They have almost every model to try, no high pressure sales tactics, and will help you find the right chair for you.

Our salesman was very helpful. He anticipated our needs and we had a good experience all around. Would recommend him to anyone.

Shari and Ellie were so wonderful, worked with us so we chose the perfect recliner chair, loveseat with chaise. Then after Ellie came out to measure she gave us wonderful ideas for our redo space. Found a wonderful rugbto pull everything together.

John Lunak was very friendly and helpful with my purchase. I highly recommend talking to him. He is very knowledgeable on their products.

Had extremely helpful design experts -3 in fact ! They helped my husband I choose a fabric for a second La Z Boy recliner ! The first one bought a year ago but fabric already retired ! Made it a struggle to compliment with new fabric without making it a “mistake”! Thanx so much for help!
