I called up Soderstrom to take a look at my septic end of day Wednesday, because the tank overflow alarm was going off. They came out immediately, identified the issue, took time to answer any questions and said it would be fixed by the end of the week. The week was particularly rainy and cold, and they came out and replaced the pump! I would recommend Soderstrom to anyone! Thank you so much Soderstrom!

This is our third time having them come out to pump our septic. We were on the schedule for them to come out the following week. Well, ithe system had other plans. Only five days to go and the sewer started backing up in the house. Call the friendly office gal and she could get them to come out the following morning. We were fine with that and totally understood. About 4:30 that night, a Soderstrom truck pulls in. It wasn’t the pump truck but he came to make sure we could use the bathroom until morning when the pump truck comes to do its job. Most businesses don’t go above and beyond anymore.
