My daughter’s wedding was at Ivory North in Mora, MN in early July, and we used Knox Cleaning services to help with post wedding cleaning. Hiring them is money very well spent. They were punctual and efficient…and very helpful in getting some items loaded back into our vehicles. I highly recommend Cody and his team!

Wonderful wonderful service. They had our wedding venue cleaned up so quickly and we didn't have to do anything. My brother hired them to clean my house while I was in the hospital having my first child. I was absolutely floored when I walked in and saw how clean the house was! It was such a gift to have a thoroughly cleaned home while bringing a new baby into it.

We used them again and they did such an amazing job in my kitchen and bathrooms that everything literally sparkled!

Where to even begin! From my initial contact with Cody, Alana, and Michel - they strive to make life easier and are such genuine humans! Alana and I had an initial call to talk through what I was hoping to improve in our home, took all my struggles/concerns to heart, and arrived with a plan! She went above and beyond while she was here. After only 7 mos in our new home, our matte black bathroom fixtures were already looking rough. She made sure to research our specific brand to deliver a safe cleaning regime and even left product with me to continue to maintain and test longevity as well as a few other products to test out around the house. She did more than I could have accomplished myself in the same amount of time, talked through some tips and tricks with me, explained what she was doing/products she was using, and started working on ideas to share with me for future visits/plans. Overall, such a fantastic experience and she even gave our doggy love and attention before leaving :)

Wow! What can I say about Knox that sums up how awesome they are! My wife and I own Ivory North, wedding venue/event center. Cody and Alana and their team have cleaned the venue in its entirety for the last two years. They’ve also cleaned my house, and our Airbnb here on property. They are so detailed and meticulous about their cleaning. I’ve had many cleaners over the years but never any as good as they are.

We’ve got a dinner area, dance area, full commercial bathrooms, getting ready areas, and bar areas. All of this they clean with great care and detail. They are open to discussion on what my needs are and when I’m not happy about something.

What I also love is that they would basically do anything I need. They stage furniture, laundry, turn on lights for me, restock different items around the venue. They ask me all the time if I need any supplies from the cities. Hiring them to clean our venue was the most de-stressing decision we ever made.

They are also super positive, friendly, and kind. They really care about how they are doing, and will adjust in any moment if something is awry. They are also super dependable. We have overnight cleanings and it sure makes it easier to sleep at night when I know that Knox Professional Cleaning is coming that night to clean. I know it will look great, and get done when I need it to get done.

To sum it all up, if you are looking for a cleaner that will get the job done and do an amazing job, hire them. Don’t look any further, they are the team you need. If you own a business, do yourselves a favor and hire them! You won’t regret it!

Alana and Cody completely blew me away with their service! From the moment I met them, they were so welcoming, caring, compassionate, and professional. We had our initial meeting to discuss what services I would like for my residential home, frequency, and cost. They are very upfront about the cost (and explain everything that it covers). They asked me questions about what I was looking for as well as questions to get to know me on a personal level. During our initial meeting they explained everything that I would except from the first initial clean and then what I would except moving forward.

The day their crew came to my house was amazing. Their staff was extremely friendly, asked questions, let me know if they noticed anything that they might need to spend extra time on, and did a complete walk through afterwards. The job was beyond what I was expecting. My house not only looked amazing but it felt amazing. The cleaning products they used left a beautiful but subtle cleaning smell. After the crew left I also received a detailed list of everything that was completed. Which was very nice to have.

One thing I absolutely love is how full service they truly are. It was mentioned that they were able to bring my old items to goodwill for me (and will provide a donation receipt), hang pictures, and even pick up groceries if needed. They take the time to help with any errands that I may need. I had mentioned that I was have guest over the weekend of my first cleaning appointment and Alana had asked if there was anything they could do to help me prepare for the guest arrival. We talked about getting a floral arrangements and Knox Cleaning so very graciously offer $50 towards the floral arrangements. They partnered with a local farmer and brought the arrangement to my first appointment. And it was BEAUTIFUL!
To me.. this is more than “just a cleaning company”. I cannot recommend Alana & Cody enough.

I had hired to Knox to clean my parents house after the movers came through and they did a wonderful job! They were flexible too as the snow last week delayed the movers and dates/times/details had to be changed. Very professional work, I'd hire them again!

Alana, the owner is not only joyful, but extremely professional. I was amazed at how clean our house was after two days of deep cleaning. We utilized their services because we had 31 windows installed throughout our entire house. There was dust and debris everywhere. But when Alana's team was finished with their deep cleaning, I felt like I had walked into a brand new home. Our home is 28 years old and has never been treated with such a fine tooth comb as Alana's team did for us. For example, they used a toothbrush to remove dust on each of our dining room chairs and wiped down every stairway spindle in our home. They wiped down all our walls in addition to all pieces of furniture in every room. Thank you so much for all your efforts. We greatly appreciate all the attention to detail your entire team bestowed onto each and every room in our home! I am beyond impressed!
